I cannot, in good conscience, continue to do what I have been doing in Sunshine Empire. After all that has recently happened, I feel the need to come clean about this company and its shameful practices. I am going to post some information here for all you forumners to judge.

Now all the so-called leaders are spreading among themselves. I overheard them boasting that CAD cannot do anything to them because they spread to places like hong kong china indonesia and malaysia so if anything happen in singapore then just close singapore office and continue scamming the people in other countries.
Recently they are still recruiting people and collecting money from them because got loophole. They just make the people in Singapore declare they are from other country but seriously I dont think can last. All the people who put money into SE are definitely in for a hard lesson.
That guy who boast got 128 GP is also very stupid. It's all because SE took his money and give him all te high returns in E points, so his socalled 6 figure income is all in E-points. End up he have to scam other people in otder to "cash out" his epoints and end up kena scam by the leaders to be greedy and re-invest all his e-points to hope for future payout.
that guy definitely did not dump more than 1 mil. It's all epoints re-invested

Every day you spend there you realise the lies get worse and worse. I am tired of all the lies and all the "positive" acting that they ask us to do. A lot of the SE people, the downlines I know are also feeling the same way. I am sick of all the lies that James Phang and Jackie Hoo fed us, I can't believe we were all so stupid. Now the only thing is to come clean. And stop them before they run!

Yes, I think you are right. I had invested thru a CLOSE friend of mine who is a manager in SE and recently he did mention to me secretly that the company is closing down and even advised me to try to ask for refund thru the management (But still pending, they are dragging my case.).

Kitson, I think a lot of people are in the same predictament. Now SE is pretending to close for CNY, I heard today is "Shou Gong" already.
I think a lot of people are not going to get their cash out in time for CNY. In fact, I am 80% sure that after CNY SE will be no more. It's just nice timing for them to close shop and run because of the CNY break. That's why these few days VERY crucial. If you have money wirh SE and are trying to get it back, call CAD or go through their webpage www.cad.gov.sg
You can contact the CAD office at 6557 3918 during office hours. Office hours are 8.30 am to 6.00 pm on Mondays to Thursdays and 8.30 am to 5.30 pm on Fridays.
Don't wait until after CNY because by then it will be too late!

You probably need to give him a better value proposition in order for him to offer you 100:1 odds. ;)
Also you need to define the conditions with more specificity. For example, you should state the exact date by which SE reopens. Eg. If SE does not reopen by Feb 11 for any reason, he wins. And you need to define what "opens" means. You could argue that even if the physical office is closed, SE activities are still going on.
