SE changed from Emall to Emwealth.. just like that.
The emall website showed an empty page now.
What's the legality in that kind of change?
How's the contract between an Emall Merchant and Emwealth going to be affected?
Is there even a contract?
Who's really owning Emall and who's owning Emwealth?
Why was there no notice mentioning the change in the News section of SE?
So many questions.

It is blank when you just key in emallempire.com.
At any rate, notice the "BUY" button is disabled?
It's been that way since the announcement of CAD investigation.

emallempire was officially closed when EMweatlh was luanched during NOV as stated by a PRO-SEA in a Malaysia Forum.
So now left with Emwealth.com, but the product there are some how overpriced as all goods sold need to "Compensate" for the commision for their upline and up-up line.
Also, as stated by some SEA....they will have to consumed their Mall Point within a certain period so to ripe the "Benefits" from SE.
So either way Gold Prime Member have to spend their mall point on some of those overpriced product lor ~

(Infocast News) China Photar Electronics Group (8220) has agreed to issue the convertible bond in the principal amount of US$8 million ($62.4 million) to Sunshine Empire Pte Limited, an independent third party, with the exercise price of $0.26 apiece, representing a discount of 20% to the closing price of $0.325 per share prior suspension of trading. Upon full conversion, the convertible bond will be converted into 240 million shares, representing 8.96% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company.
China Photar has applied for resumption of share trading effective from this morning.

Hi, I was recently invited to invest in this company Sunshine Empire by an ex-army friend who is already a high post manager in the company. Due to some negative media reports on this company last Nov, when i asked a few questions about the CAD investigation, he told me not to bother about the CAD because "they" have no evidence against SE and "they" are useless, and even told me that they are still operating oversea, so there won't be any problem. Therefore, before i pump in my money, I would like to seek for some advise. Thank you.

Singtel, Starhub and M1 accounts arent frozen are they? Should they make hooha news of it?
I believe it should be the other way.
Which comes to, why were there claims that cheques bounced due to freezing of accounts, when there is no official announcement of freezing from CAD?

Well, There is a summon issued by cad, that they have frozen SE bank account, i have seen it too, and the counter girls always take it out to show those who make noise about their cheques.

erm, well, it concerned of all those 20,000 member, each of them have at least 1 gps and the price of each gp is not $100 or $1000, but 10k.
Their explanation of why the member are not able to cash out is due to the fact that their acc is frozen, if today this news is fake, then izzit it worries those member even more?

not frozen, means what chris or possibly other members said are fake, and should also make members jittery that there were no such action taken by CAD in the first place, yet were announced to be frozen
