Honestly, if you ask me i will never get myself involved with headcount game and also media slamming them surely has a reason behind. Can't they ever get refunds? Just pay the admin fee better than losing everything.

For point number 5, I mean where does SE do with our money since it offers such high ROI. When you invest in a fund or put your money with any investment company, you have all the right to know where does that company put your hard earned money in.

Chris, if its something beyond your capability, don't do it. I mean you can get someone more qualified to answer the questions. I am not saying that you are not qualified as i have not even set foot in MLM before, i just want someone to give US a better answer thats all.

Freezing of accounts is not official on te FAQ page of the website. So in other words this is just baseless allegations and claims. Wouldn't such issues causes mutiny in the company? Go check on "James Phang". Use google, yahoo, you can get alot of hits. He's very infamous, behind a string of MLMs and scams, including the infamous Magic Kingdom scam few years ago. And yet, there are still people supporting and worshiping him. It's scary, almost cult like. I suppose it's deliberate. We know the fisaco of Emall, we know the fisaco of Taiwan Wimax... both could not generate income.
Before emall, the EMCOM project was supposed to be key generator of funds to 'investors'. Now that is proven totally faked.
Emall was disabled more than a month during the change to emwealth. No sales was available completely to any seller or buyer from any country. Yet, other countries got their Epoints to the max while some sg 'investors' got some payback. How was any epoints possible when emall was non-functional?
If the SE Merchants in other countries got their full Epoints, while Singapore's side didn't, or in small sums like 200plus epoints, then this shows that there was 'no global platform'..
There is no way to justify how the source of the funds came from. PERIOD.
And in case folks can't see what I am trying to hint... my photo showed 3 diffferent location of the Service Suites Building. It also showed that there the global Village is not n any of the artist illustration, and the place where the Village is, shows a theme park.
And based on the latest plan, the entire Service Suites Buildings, Convention Centre, Global Village, are built on land that need to be reclaimed.
In other words, the land do not exist.

I say for this year who every purchase one short 15ksgd of my cola, i will take out 10% of my turnover and distribute to this people untill maybe a limit of 20k
its a sales gimmick.
and even if i take out more than 10% to give, would my customers complain -

You call it a sales gimmick. But what you are really saying is that you are going to pay people to buy your cola. You will pay people 20K, over a period of time, to buy 15K of your cola.
A normal company usually makes money on the margin on their products. So for example, if it costs me 5K to make cola that can sell for 15K, I have 10K margin, which is my profit.
Now I may offer discounts to give customers an incentive to buy more. So perhaps if they are willing to buy 15K of product. I give them a 1K rebate/discount. If they buy 20K of product, I give a 2K rebate/discount. I basically exchange a lower margin for a higher volume of business. And it only makes sense to reduce the price if the increase in volume more than makes up for the reduction in price.
But it all boils down to a simple thing - I still need a margin to make a profit.
Now when I pay someone 20K over time to buy 15K of my cola, I'm making a loss of 5K. The more people buy from me, the more money I lose.
There are some business models like this. For example, the console gaming industry. The console itself (except for Nintendo) is a loss leader. The console is sold at a loss. However, they hope to make their money back on software sales. That's why a console is a locked down platform. Since the console maker has a monopoly on software releases on their console, they can charge a higher margin on software that justifies the initial loss.
Profits from one business can also be used to fund another portion of the business. The PS3 line is currently losing money but the company is being sustained by the movie and consumer electronics business. However, this is done with the anticipation that once the PS3 is established, PS3 licensing fees will earn back the money invested.
The reason why people think SE is a scam is perhaps because of the way it's sold. First of all, SE is not really selling anything. If you promise to pay someone to buy your product, is that really selling? In other words, your cost of sales, your cost of acquiring the customer is higher than the amount you earn from the customer. Also, are people fully aware of the risks involved when they buy? I'm assuming the product sold is e-points.
It appears troubling that the only cashflow coming in appears to be from new people buying GPs. There also seems to be too many projects going on for all of them to be funded properly.
