Company close down u also run road.... even in the corporate world... a company closed dwn only can get back watever is the assets or paid up capital... unless its sole proprietor... same lah u still go to max.... imagine
1K per investor... if 10000 investor.... 10000000 must be paid less other type of creditor....
INVEST is very weird... will u hold a share in the company??? Some will ask me... INvest in bank also no share with bank... true enuff but u get securities or even investment portfolio alongside with professional financial advisor.... when u say invest in the company meaning either u r shareholder else u muz be a sleepin partnetr or something like dat...
Don juz look on the surface.... read between the lines....
Wats the company turnover and revenue from.... wats the GUARANTEED payout... and last get a legal copy of the amt gonna be paid out to u and read the clause properly.... GREED can kill.......................................!!!

Must probe til the end, like where does all the money come from, etc. They pressurise u, u presurrize the agents back to revealing where the company gets such high returns.

like i've said, until i'm being presented to the company and the plan etc, i've got no comments since it's something which i have yet to experience myself.

You can't stop your friend from joining.
Unless you know the reason why he/she joins, and come up with better reasons and alternatives for your very friend to sidetrack and invest his/her savings into another Better Investments offered elsewhere. Probably in the banks etc.
Meet your friend for a casual talk, and ask ur friend some in-direct questions.
If you're completely new to asking such questions.
I can help out, but only during the weekends since I'm busy with other commitments.
Ask for at least 8%-20% ROI. (This is something which I've read from a book about creating wealth, haven finish the book yet, so dun ask me abt the details. I'm still learning.) -

ya i have alot of friends being brought to coslab and they dun really trust this company..like what airswimming said invest 5k and we will get back 200sgd/mth and they use tis word gaurenteed..so any advice from all of u here?i wouldnt wan my friends to take tis risk but if it is for real den i dun mind have it a go..advice will be much appreciated..thx

IMHO, i honestly don't believe that there are guatranteed returns if the company cannot explain where the dividends are from. Where you invest ina investment policy or even bank investments products, your are told where and how the dividends comes in from. Well, i think so if a company attract investors to part with the money to invest in the company be very careful as the company might be in money laundering cahoots with illegal businesses that money cannot be declared, this way can be declared as company dividends or something like that. At least when COSLAB collapse he can run off since nothing to tie him back.

I suspect the cycle will repeat itself when he jumps ship.
They put him CEO and he comes up with what he think is a brilliant idea, copying the investment scheme from James Phang expecting them to sell like hotcakes.
He's better off pirating DVDs than be a CEO who can only brag about himself, act shuai and getting his dumber followers (his cousin and the old downlines with lower IQ) to carry out his plans.
Any time you can see him at a bar / pub with different women when he is supposed to accompany his wife - standard excuse? "MLM is 24 hours dear so need to entertain / keng the downlines blah blah blah" -
Sounds really bad to have such people leading the company.
If everyone in the company knew hes such a person you said, won't they all be the same like him or in fact run away?? -

man tis is bad..i gonna tell my friend about tis..5k is no small sum and definitely i wouldnt wan him to throw into the sea and can get back anyting..gotta lodge a complaint to CASE..tis is a totally unrighteous act and obviously lack of integrity..they must be punished before any1 really get cheated..thx for every1's help..

I heard from my grandma that it is a pyramid scheme when I talked to my mom about it a few days ago. So what actually is Coslab doing thats able to give out so much money??
And when they took our $$ what they did to our $$, thats the main point I want to know.
