You can see who is the director and also the paid-up capital.
If the paid-up capital is very small, such as 100,000 SGD dollars then you can shove away..

f.k.a (Formally Known As)
efg company pte ltd
under the search ACRA busines directory then its very fishy..
Why the need to change company name?
If the director is not really the director you have met. Ask why!

Do a google search on the net to see how much the product is worth in US dollar and plus the shipping rate to Singapore.. would anyone buy?
Or are you paying 10 times the amount to buy the a smiliar product??
