the main problem people had with MLM is that distributors refused to show proof of income, or merely show slips of statements without authentications, or only top distributors earn
in consequences, the schemes dont last and the distributors dont last
some have to resort to changing company name, or start a new company ro scheme to regenerate new source of income from newbies

MLM industry has the potential to improve itself
however, unlike other industries, such as the insurance industry in its heyday, there is total lack of will to set some professional standards and codes of ethics -

Particularly the last line, where it says such schemes are disguised as camouflaged as direct selling or business opportunities
And for everyone's benefit, selling share is only a tip of the iceberg in the securities and investment market.
Any SE agent that tell you nonsense like the schemes are not investments schemes merely because they are not listed, not selling shares etc etc should be properly pointed out and hammered. -
WELL, logically is it better, more "FINANCIALLY SECURE" to have a job that gives you a guaranteed income (basic pay) rather than an unstable commission based pay? You guys gotta read their T&C carefully.
There is a clause stating that the CRP/CLP are considered privileges. Thus it is at the discretion of SE to decide on the payout. -

its not income
it's return of capital
Try asking for yr money back after they pay u "income"
Eg I put in 10k
1 month I get 1K
After 1 month, can I get back my 10K
if yes then the 1k is income
If I get back only 9k then its return of capital
If I get back nothing/ less, I been conned -
capital investment
to think they deny its an investment and brush it off as 'rebates' after buying products
no wonder MSC put them on Investor Alert List -
