pls help would like to have home based business , thru online selling, how to start, any tips what should i 1st do, if i would like to do business on line. i am tirecd and sick of working, like to stay home and make business, any tips. what kind of business is good at online ? how abt cakes, cookies, or earrings, can we buy from elsewhere and sell it at internet?

You can go to yahoo auctions to start an account. You also need a debit or credit account in order to sell any items. Can look at yahoo auction and see the items sold by other seller. Can sell any items range from clothes and jewelleries to PSP & handbags. Why would anyone be buying cakes, cookies from internet !!! this is singapore, downstair people already selling cheaper and freshier then you !!! If you cannot sell it with fix time how - ownself eat is it ?
If you can so easily buy it so can others in singapore. Why they want to pay you for shipment ?
If you want to do - sell to oversea, things which is cheaper here and oversea more expensive or do not have.

since you're a housewife, i suggest that you can market out your services on the net and have people entrusting their kids with you for half a day perhaps?
Converting part of you home to an child-care centre, but you need to do some surveying if there's any demand for it etc, and apply license from HDB to convert partial of your home to a child care centre or other services which you enjoy and at the same time have demand for.

coz you're just making food in your own kitchen..
than you package the cake cookies nicely and deliver to them, don't have them coming to your home to buy..
selling earrings and dresses are very common, in fact there are lots of competition, unless you're very creative and is confident of attraction a huge pool of customers, if not don't sell those..
Import and Export / Being a middlehand person isn't simple..have to do reseach (homework/survey) first..
what are the stuffs which you are good at currently?
i see if i can help you think of a way to sell your services (doing part-time home chores for others or teach anything which you're good in) to others.. -
is retail bus good now in spore, thinking of opening 1 small cloths shop here, maybe can sell using that push cart, is it profit? like that not much risk right, but where do ppl buy their cloths and sell it? meaning where to get the supplier for nice cloths, any tips or website, is it we order or we must go there to choose? is it all over the world meaning i must go travelling to countires to buy stuff and bring it back to spore and sell it here? is that it? i guess baking is no for me, cos too tiring, maybe selling cloths can, maybe can hire ppl to sell for me, is it expensive to get ppl to sell for me part time?

Ebay.com.sg I think free but Ebay will need to pay for submission of auction item and pay again when it is sold.
Also can set up blog-shop. -
use a logical mind and think
only when the order and payment is received , then bake the cakes and stuff..
in this way it will be fresh and warm..

few dollars per day is for those fleet market on weekends -

home business can be anything you want.
small income (online auctions), to big income (stocks/shares, trading of goods, etc)!
of course u have to expect some losses if things don't work out. sometimes it's just a matter of bad timing.
so being prepared is the best.
most importantly, you MUST do self study into whatever you are going to do. and listen to positive AND negative feedback with an open mind.
both feedback may not be correct at the end of day!
there are always good apples as well as bad apples in any line of work.
it is what works for YOU (not what you think others will feel) that you will feel comfortable & makes the most (business) sense.
