Universal privileage

  in yr 2003..
  i sign up this time share thing...
  then later find that this time share thing is kind of B.S
  regreted buying..
  
  but have make full payment already.
  
  then at 2006 a zealz corp company..
  call and tell me i am terminated this U.P thing..
  and get full refund back.
  but must pay some lawyer fee...
  so i pay up...
  but the law firm they engaged kind of cannot make it...
  kanna some case themselve..
  
  sian already..
  
  now today..
  one company call the great eastern management dun know what company which have base in UK call me up..
  telling me they want to buy my UP share..
  and they said they know i have engage zealz to terminate the contract..
  they said dun terminated the contract..
  ask me to go down sign paper..
  then they will refund me the UP money and the money i pay for zealz...
  weird weird hoi??
  
  anyone receive call from this great eastern ??
  can it be trust?

  Yesterday me went down to this company..
  
  axial management
  30 upper cross st.
  s 058338
  
  they said they are under authority of
  Great eastern trust and management which main brunch in UK.

  to buy back those time share from universal privilage.. (empire )
  
  but the clauds is that i need to pay them 10k up front.
  then 3 yrs later..
  they will pay me back my 10k.
  plus my time share refund
  plus the money i pay for the lawyer in zealcorp..
  
  i didn't pay up..
  as i need to consider first.
  
  so forumer here..
  got any info about this company..

  I was also called down to their office. I asked them if it requires any money to have their service, they told me of course need to have some sort of expenses. The guy told me about 2K. Wonder how come not fixed amount compared to yours?
  
  Since didn't give consent and not paying, they've been calling me lately to go down and confirm. Now they say since I'm stopping their liquidation process, the developer (in this case I think is Great Eastern Trust) will bill me. Telling me it should be around 60K. Feel like they are trying to scare people just to sign up with them. What a way of squeezing more money out!
  
  Wonder what happen to your case? Do they call you again? Have you engage their service?

  u guys shud engage proper help from proper sources such as dsas or consumer association

  they must be stupid....
  what stopping their liquidation process?
  if so , they need to buy over the whole of universal privilege first..
  
  btw..dun trust their webbie..
  bs one...
  
  anyway.. i didn't sign up with them..
  so fishy.
  btw... they didn't tell me anything about 60 k at all.

  CASE and SCT close eye ,shut ears already.
  
  DSAS.... if this company not inside DSAS..
  they also close eyes..
  
  so not much uses one..
  think if they try to scare ppl again.
