Please do not think that all MLM companies in singapore are crooks in brainwashing innocent people.
Bel'Air is a scam.....as distributors have to fork out a great sum of money in the first place to be a count status upon sign up.
Elken and LFI are legal in the sense that distributors are not obliged to buy tons of products in the first place when they sign up. Their distributors earn income only through proper transaction of products to consumers and not through recruiting. (They are legally registered and have legal operations)
The main reason why Elken and LFI recruit people are to make them escape the rat race.... a day-time job income itself is not sufficient especially in today competitive singapore. Thus, additional income from MLM is the answer to the problem.
Duplication and leverage of efforts come from the effects of recruitment.
I am a distributor in one of the companies. I wish to comment that to succeed in MLM requires hardwork and persistence. The is no free lunch in this industry. If u want quick bucks, u can try ur luck at 4D or TOTO.
A reason why many people quit are because they are conned into making fast money without much hardwork. -- (Man weakness)
MLM is a get-rich-slow process and not a get-rich-fast process which requires 1 year to 2 year of your hardwork. -

When you refer to a company being legal , it merely means that the company is properly incorporated and registered with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (formerly known as Registry of Companies & Businesses)
How the company conducts its business, that is, moral or immoral, etc is entirely irrelevant!
You seem rather confused as to the concepts.........

I suppose you're a greenhorn when it comes to mlm, in case you don't know, there's more reputable companies other than these 2 companies.
Amway, Nuskin, FLP, BWL.
They are the better known companies with good names and records.
Don't try to Tee-Up the companies which you're working work least you will be one-side in future.
Think and post from multi-directions and try your best to be neutral.
Btw, learn more on MLM first, if you want to post such explanations.
I feel that the reason why you start such a thread is because you have met a lot of negative people who don't understand nor are keen to listen to your sharing thus you resort to coming here to explain.
Well, piece of advice for you - if they have misunderstood your company, perhaps it's the approach which you did in sharing which made them close up and be negative to what you say.
Ask for more feedback and you'll improve, while forums is the fastest way to gather feedbacks, but for a start, i don't recommend rookies to come to such forums. Ask your uplines for the 10 Basic Rules of MLM.
Follow the rules, and you will learn much faster, when your knowledge is sufficient, and you can share the products to your friends without them rejecting your sharing, that's why you start to understand the basic and correct approach to sharing without doing sales nor giving them the hard-selling feeling.
Learn more from the uplines, don't be too eager to share what you know in here, as there's lots of negative people who's skeptical towards mlm here, thus if you don't know how to handle such replies, learn first and upgrade yourself.
FYI, from time to time, if you're lucky you will be able to read quality replies from those who knows their stuff.
As for your information which you posted above, I think in the passed, I've already clarified and address to individual problems already. Thus there's no need to explain and put good words for your company. Moreover, there's no negative remarks for both these 2 companies in the forum yet right. So why the need to defend?
Time will tell who's the proper mlm companies. There's no hurry, in fact with more explainations, it could make things worse, which is exactly opposite of what we intended initially, thus it's unwise to post and tee-up your comapny.
Some times, it's better to leave things the way it is.

Btw wat so good of LFI.. they spend so much on advertisements when they first launch... Now rarely see LFI advertisements... MLM companies spread their products through word-of-mouth..

more cost to the company = products are sold at higher prices to the agents
products are sold at higher prices to the agents = agents have to folk out more money before can join LFI/ more expensive products
