bangkokboy, do you mind sharing your story?Originally posted by bangkokboy:Those who thinks that quick money could and should be made at the expense of those who came in later, I say good luck and all the best for having such a flawed character.
I personally have seen the fall of many, myself included, at the hands of MLM. What they TELL you are the amount of money they earned, what they are ASHAMED TO SHOW YOU are the amount of money they have pumped into the company...
Believe at your own peril. Real MLM companies do not require you to do front loading...
My story spans nearly a year. I've seen friends turned enemies, hardworking people turned irresponsible... ask whatever you guys wish to ask. The MLM company that I was with was a national day parade sponser. So yes they can be 100% legitimate, but what lies beneath the lies and false encouragements reveals a network of liars and criminals out to cheat people of their savings.Originally posted by Deportivo:bangkokboy, do you mind sharing your story?
come come i return u the favor and quote u also =], since when did i said u are banana boi? i just say you might be one, but i may not know because i never seen you in person before, but if u declare yourself as one i have no control from stopping you =D.Originally posted by laurence82:to me its sick and digusting, for reasons why it seems you cant bloody read the rest of the post?
and now resorting to calling me bananaboi eh? its always been like that, diverting from the issues laid out or points rebutted and grasp any other straws you can find?
who cares if he is from SE or not? its always a problem with people, always personal, never deal with issues
i can lay out point a, b, c why this chap's points are illogical, instead of rebutting it, its always diversions to the opposing guy's character, integrity, emotions, background
does it really matter? its so irrelevant, and i can guarantee the next person who quote or reply to my post will be worrying about personal stuff again
confirm plus chop plus guarantee
Hi, sorry to butt in, but was curious about SE. What does it stand for?Originally posted by mihiro:who care if he is from SE or not?
seriously, are u serious about it? reiterating for income tax when you don't even know whether they are from SE or not -.-"". and said that they cant even produce income tax here...

anyway whats that confirm plus chop plus guarantee? in forum anything goes, wat do u have to worry about?? lolz

SE stands for Sunshine Empire in this context.Originally posted by bangkokboy:Hi, sorry to butt in, but was curious about SE. What does it stand for?
When you just post where and which organizations are doing mlm, they will always ask from proof.Originally posted by scarletfever:all the typical MLM favorite phrases....
100 “The boss of this Network Marketing company drives BMW and Jaguar, you want I can bring you go and see his cars. You want to come? Why don’t want?”
101 “You say this is a con job, you called those people Conmen. You got evidence???? Just suka suka simply labelled them as conmen, but you got no concrete evidence!!!!”
201 You should always try to CONvince someone, when u cant convince, u try to CONfuse, if not, u try to CONtrol them with ur words. If all fails, u will CON them.
202 "Psst... u r new to this ya noe... so dun go around tell ur fren that we r mlm company... else they all scared will run away... u noe lah a few years back got some pyramid scheme company, make us mlm company lose reputation... so if u tell pple we mlm u surely cannot get anybody to join... so u tell them u have a special business opportunity for them... a new type of e-biz thing... if they still not convinced u can tell them (a certain reputable bank) is providing our e-banking services... but remember dun tell them too much cos u still new mah, so may tell them wrong info..."
This is the part we all are worried about here. Even in the efficient stock market system you wont find such good deal. Reputable companies faces variance in their income each mth. Because people see that in the initial stage, they got money back, they got more confident and poured more money in. And it get bigger and bigger. What others are worried is that the bubble could burst anytime.Originally posted by scarletfever:just saw this posting from sammyboy.
thread title: Everyone beware! Get Rich Scheme
What makes them CREDIBLE is interests are really paid out. When my mother questioned about their background, these aunties would just said, "Dont worry lah, it is held at HDB Hub one." I have a feeling that these people are using the place to show their credibility. From her story, I suddenly remembered a scam ran by a church pastor in the US with the same modus of operandi. He would write to churches in the US to ask them to invest in this scheme. Of course, they invested and got their interests. Think about it, who would question how you earn your money when money was pouring into you bank account without fail every month? When the sum became too huge, and obviously after paying out the interests to "investors", this chap declared bankrupt and vanished - he was caught of course. If any of your closed ones are involved in this, warn them because by then, the pyramid would be on the verge of collapsing!
You are the only one left, the most persistant of them all, but yours is anti.Originally posted by laurence82:This is the part we all are worried about here. Another way, as have shown, schemes just die out and new schemes come in. People think the company has survived for so long, and therefore must be good, but the new members didnt know of past failed schemes and old members left, leaving only top people whom the company showcase and highlight, but the process of getting rich is merely perpetual income from new schemes and members.
Being associated with HDB Hub is not new. If you check the old 'MIT' threads, three years ago they boasted that having rentals in Shenton Way must meant that the company is good.
Where are these members now? Where were those schemes then?
why cant i be here? anything wrong? i mean, i would think people would come debate the issues and points, but strangely majority like to focus on background, character etc of the other chaps, never the issues, it doesnt matter whether this chap been here for three years ten years twenty years, if the issue is still there, if the point is still there, i dont see any relevance to a person personal background and so onOriginally posted by drinkwater:You are the only one left, the most persistant of them all, but yours is anti.
haha.. i respect 4 years of anti-mlm-nti
what have u achieved... perhaps if u spend more time outside u wun be stuck at home in front of the moniter,
or nti would have already closed down, seems like your 4 years of forum guarding is useless, perhaps your posts have been redundant, i hope you would do something more productive, instead of reacting to every single personal comment to your posts or your character
I noticed you are quite sensitive and people say you a bit only you must kao pei back.. haha but i still believe you are a mature person
4 years anti-nti and you sound like a pro.
heard u had groups to bring nti down with some ed guy,
what happened...
you are the one changing topics all along...
you keep changing your reason why nti is bad.
last time is no one make money, now is too much money.. what's next?
Oh too much 40+50+ auntie uncles?
LAst time u say all young kids,
now all old man old lady..
i'll think of more reasons for you let u continue your fave past time(or perhaps life? sgforums is your life i guess)
All Hail Laurence
*watch him react to me every comment*
Hmm...... After following the threads for so long......finally its my turn to come in here. Lawrence82, I don't quite agree with you. Are you challenging the public that you have a stronger bond with the moderators?Originally posted by laurence82:why cant i be here? anything wrong? i mean, i would think people would come debate the issues and points, but strangely majority like to focus on background, character etc of the other chaps, never the issues, it doesnt matter whether this chap been here for three years ten years twenty years, if the issue is still there, if the point is still there, i dont see any relevance to a person personal background and so on
when pointed out which aspect they are wrong, they would continue their personal attacks and at the same time, talk about 'contributions to the anti nti campaign', 'why never have proper discussions'?
sometimes these things always baffle me
i like to point out and respond to personal attacks, because it proves me right all along, especially my first paragraph
it also proves me right, when i said MLM industry is lawless and lacks professionalism, i would never have insurance agents or electronics appliances salemens personally attack me, except for the occasional few, politics can never help these people achieve their sales, but it seems to be staple behaviour in the MLM relative to other industries
as for your other accusations, you would well do quote posts and prove your point, strangely, i never brought down people to nti, when i have friends who i referred these people to and helped them, me serving as the contact point
all along i have been saying nti agents could get their capital back, i have never said nti is full of old people...so where you magic those libellious rubbish from?
no need to respond
i hereby warn you that personal flaming is not very tolerated by moderators
lets see who is stronger, moderator with her ban button or you
ur friend jonbonzi just got banned for the exact same reason
i hope you are not his clone
Well, you muz be lawrence's pet!!! You are right to say that he is out to warn people. But do you realize that he might be also destroying other peoples' dreams, and most importantly, the economy of singapore?Originally posted by bangkokboy:MLM, to those who criticize Lawrence, I can only say that to each his own. Lawrence had step out to warn others to be careful. It's his right as a netizen to warn others of possible pitfalls... whether or not people read and agree with him lies with those neutral parties, people who seek alternative opinions.
Having said all these, I can only say I have yet to meet anyone who really succeeded in MLM...
NONE AT ALL. All they could manage are lies and deception.
They appear to be successful... but how many actually are?

Fact 3
EGA's paid up capital is $100k. Emcom's paid up is $2m. SE's paid up is $150k. Don't you find it interesting that a company with $100k paid up should be an owner of a $2m paid up company?
