Hi im new to all these mlm/investment programs and i want to know how its like, and how some companies claim to be able to pay amounts of money which are hardly believable.
Anyone has an experience to share? Or meet for kopi? -

ok u need to have a wide network of friends, if u gonna join mlm (usually private company) u need to sign contract then u will buy product from them and they will issue a certain percentage that they company want you to earn.. but if u sell the product, u can sell at whatever price u want.. of cause the product must be safe and certified or else lawsuits.
if the mlm is private can pay large sums of money, they have been set up long and was earning much.... it's a pyramid style of business, above all the top gets the most, shake leg whole day wait for money to come.. those under you are helping you to earn money u shake leg as well ..peace -

Mlm would have a structure like most businesses, the thing about most businesses today is that most of them pay stars big money to advertise their company or product where as in network marketing the money is put into a network to pay the the distributors bonuses and residual income, all advertising is word of mouth.
When you bring in a new person you make residual income on their business, I like to call mini franchsies.
There are many good companies out there and then there are some bad.
My advice is not to jump right into anything, try the products or service first, ask around forums for postive feedback.
One company to be careful of is worldprofit, they have a website deal which souns very good, if you opt to buy at $99 per month and then opt out they will send a legal letter.
Fortunatlly theres not many companies that bad, but ther are many good well establidhed network marketing companiesout there, some of the big ones are members of the dsa.

Don join MLM! Nowadays many victims are conned into mlm which are known as pyramid scams in the pass. Many MLM use same technique, quoting difference between mlm & pyramid scams. I try my best to save victims from falling into pyramid scams. Hopefully, after reading my post, more ppl join me against all these scams

mind u, chairman and other positions within the committee are also reps from direct selling companies
so one address is the hq of the dsas
the other one is the office of the chairman, usually his direct selling company office

This location was next occupied by http://www.netagon.com.sg since around May 2006, but has since moved out and is now "Siong Guan Co. (Pte) Ltd" with phone nos. 65337542, 65359500, and fax 65333715.
Both appears to be "clean" of MLM.
The owner of Netagon is a "Singapore Student, Web Developer, Gamer & Cyclist", stays in Siglap, and his blogs can be found http://khengyew.blogsome.com/ and http://www.raptortan.com/. Note that these are just info which contributes towards a "clean" flag.
