At your age, it's perfectly normal for you to show interests in the opposite sex, but "incest" is not something simple that you should try, let alone have that idea. I'm sorry that your mum is living with some man other than your dad. But don't let that affect your life.
I urge you to think twice before you commit that.
You probably admire and respect your dad so much that, unfortunately turn out to be a fancy, or should I say fantasy. It's not the end of the world if you come from a broken family(I assume), and you should live on bravely, along with you dad, to show that both of you can survive and live healthly even though your mom is not around.
What your dad needs now is your support and understanding, certainly not that kind of attention and hinting. I'm sure your dad is a sensible and logical man, he would love to see you grow up normally, have a good education, and eventually marriage. He would be sad and disappointed if you continue to have that kind of idea.
Seek out your friends, talk to someone close you you, other than your dad, if possible. You definitely need some help and counselling. You are still young and have hell a long way to go. Don't make the mistake, and regret for the rest of your life, unless you don't even cherish who you are. Respect yourself, and respect your dad. Change your fantasy to what an everyday daughter will give to her parent(s)...filial and family love.
