Nv pay payment to healthwise

1 of my fren who bought a bedpat from healthwise, had only pay 700 out of 1800 , and healthwise had been sending letter to his house every month asking for money.
Now they even send a letter saying they will take legal action
i just wondering if they will really take legal action becost of 1.1k....
hope anyone can give suggestion to help him. -

He readily bought it and even signed an agreement form right? Im sure official receipts are signed as well?....
If so, then too bad.. no choice already.. got to pay.

question them
either you pay full
or you demand to refund..
don't let them trick consumers into paying for those products which customers aren't happy nor satified with.
don't wait for things to happen, you have to make it happen.
