So now what is MLM?
MLM is a proven system that creates an exciting opportunity for many who wants to earn some extra cash on the side line..
It's a very simple and powerful tool and should not be mistaken for pyramid selling.. simple to understand??

Now, what is pyramid selling??
pyramid selling is a money game, why i said so? because in money game, all that is moving inside the network is just money.. no products, prove and plan.. because money cant buy money, there must be something that keeps the network moving.. simple to understand??

Now, people that study business should know.. in every business, there's buy and sell.. without this 2 or without anyone of this 2 factor.. the business can't move..

Huh... The scam is already in Singapore. I have to the latest scam seminar and found out those young punks sucking money out of internet and sacked their boss!
The verdict is: I don't mind being scammed to earn money! -

TS' post is too philosophical and wishy washy than accurate and professional, especially his description of MLM as a money making opportunity which can even apply to pyramids systems or any other marketing strategies as well
and the rounding off with 'simple to understand?'
i always thought current MLM companies in Singapore are breeding too many philosophers engaging in such mundane and boring talk, rather than going into the points simply and accurately -
What i'm trying to explain here is just some fact.. i cant say which MLM company is good and which is a scam.. But it's very easy to understand once u know of any MLM that ask u to invest and not do anything type.. understand? very clear liao.. i cant say name..
But still.. it's simple to understand once u agree with me that in business there's always buy and sell.. MLM cmpany that ask u to invest and pay u out how many % within how many months without u doing anything.. those are scam loh.. specially those internet 1.. i got shoick when i find my friend playing those money game.. i was like.. "you believe in it ar?? wah kao.. u nv see the boss b4 dont know what they doing.. u can believe??"
And also let me explain to u how money is being created..
Simply.. a few good friends come together each take out 10k like that.. i say 4 of them lah so it's 40k.. so i start to ask ppl to invest.. invest 10k u can get back ur investment within 10months so it's each month can get 1k back lah for 10months lah.. and i will tell him.. but 10 month later is not all u will get back 10 month later u can get 100% of ur money back let's say.. so 30 months later u will get 300%
So that guy kana con by me put a 10k in.. so i each month give him back 1k..
When he saw the money.. he got shoicked!! wah so good no need to do anything got money.. so he will introduce to him friends.. correct?? den so on and so for lah.. so eventually the net work will get big..
And more investor will invest.. but something is funny.. nothing is running inside the network.. but some people.. will still do it.. coz why?? greed and lazy of the people.. they all wanna earn.. so the network will speard out like a shape of pyrmaid.. so me and my 3 friends.. each come out 10k right.. we got 40k.. we got the ablity to pay out people.. for at least 40 months.. but once more people start to come in.. we cant pay them coz too much.. but of coz.. we use the money from the bottom.. to pay the upper part.. so there will be people in money game that really earn.. and ppl that kana con.. coz once let's say my money games lowest generation.. each invest 10k.. let's say got 1000 people.. the sum will be like.. 100,000 it's 0.1mil.. so i wait longer lah.. until the bottom can let's say give me a 10mil.. i close the network and run with the money loh.. simple right?
But there's the catch.. u join a money game company.. u asked ur friends to join.. when the company close down.. u ebtter save more money so u can migrate to other country loh.. if not u wait to die in singapore only..

on pyramid -
1 - it's a SCAM
2 - Some are frauds (depending which type of scams the victims are being tricked into
3 - Money Game is just one of the FEW Scams being categorized in the Pyramid category which is illegal in the Eyes of Law.
there's a lot of different types of pyramid - from hp scams to magical stone (victims tricked are old folks) scams to money game (greedy people) to Winning of $D/Lottery etc - this I receieved a lot of times already.
I have a lot of NEWSPAPER ARTICLES of Different Types of Scams in Singapore as well as those from China coming to Singapore to cheat our money.
Not Bias of China People [Strictly no Offense Intended, it's just that it's being featured in the newspapers only.]
The latest Scam in Singapore ALIVE and KICKING is LOVE MOON, do take note of that. If anyone approach you and ask if you want to buy this Love Moon product - (only applicable to ladies only)
As this product, they claim to have lots of Ions which can help reduce Odour from XXX etc la..
The product as those agents from Love Moon [pyramid catergory's mlm based in ShenZhen] claims that their product is better than Whisper and it cost DOUBLE..blah blah blah..JUST DON'T BE TAKEN IN BY THESE LOVE MOON!
For more details, PM me if anyone wants to know of this Newest Scam in Singapore, it's already featured in one of the Newspapers in Singapore already. I'll show to those who are interested FACE to FACE. It's not mentioned in anyway that MLM companies with inferior products can be classified as pyramid schemes.
Companies with Inferior Products as well as Quality to me just just like a 1-Star if not 0-Star Company.
MLM companies are just like Hotels, we have 0-Star MLM companies to as much as 6-Star MLM companies. It just depends on which company that we all choose. (Note: Even in a 6-Star Company might also have Low-Quality Service Staff, so that doesn't mean that even 6-Star Companies will not have any Bad Agents)
I presume it's just you're bias due to past experience which give you the idea of MLM Companys distributing Inferior products are Pyramid Schemes, But i Don't see any point in Legal Statements which says so (if that's the truth like what's you have said) [Correct Me if I'm Wrong in anyway - So that I can also Learn and Improve As Well]
Kindly take note that we need to post ONLY LEGAL + FACTS in this thread since the subject is Teach People on Scams as well as MLM..
Lastly - Please Be Factual -
One important fact to note is that you got to read the T & C of each company. Some companies do not sign you up as agents. Thus they can push the responsibility of you saying the wrong thing to you and not be answerable for it.
The best is to bring the T & C back, read it then slowly decide. If its a good opportunity, then why not. Else, nothing lost. -

the scams' victims range from old folks to professionals
old folks will be those who believe in their luck and believe those crabby nonsense that almost anyone can say..
those professionals - out of 100 being surveyed in Raffles Place and some other places, up to 30 people said they didn't take precaution when dumping off Used Credit Card Sign Receipts - Thus they fall prey to those con-man without them even knowing what happened..
to know more of the tatics, go borrow from your friends yesterday's issue to read if any of you guys didn't read it.

to renze : why don u be more specific about the type of mlm u are doing? Like how much you are actually earning, what is taught to you, what made u wan to work in mlm, how do u clinch deals, do u reli use tactics lk bluff frens to go up to the offce,etc... i tink transparency is very impt here if u wan to post this thread, but not trying to differentiate mlm and pyramid... thus ppl will ve a better view about mlm, whats good and whats bad for ppl to judge...

Usually mlmers wun broadcast which company they from and the methods they use, how much they earn, how to recruit others and how much they earn. You'll have to meet them face-to-face if you really wanna know. Almost every mlmer i've met says their company's the best and they're different from others. Awhile later some might be in another company already. -

1 - those who really did MLM - did earn $ and gain sufficient knowledge and wisdom from the process of doing MLM (usually this are the people who gain sufficient knowledge and experience to share what they have learnt with others)
2 - those who just go to MLM companies once in a month, this type of people are just PASSER-BY (they don't even understand the basic esscence of MLM)
3 - those people who join MLM, did go for lessons to learn more, try to use their own methods, than blame MLM cannot do, in short- they DID NOT LEARN ANYTHING, they just SLEEP THEIR WAY TRHOUGH MLM
from what i feel after reading your remarks/reply - I presume you fall into option 3, correct me if I'm wrong. (I was once in Option 3 before, than I did brag alot when I just join the Ex company and came online to brag about how much I know [which in actual fact i don't know, only to ask upline for every few thread questions than post here again] Thanks to the Wrong Teachings that was imparted to me from my Ex Company - thus now I share what I learn after some quality time invested in doing research, if you really want to learn the PROPER Education, than do ask and learn from your uplines.)
Disclaimer: Strictly No Offence Intending in the reply I post as per above, it's just that it reminds me of the Past Me when I was still Super Naive to believe whatever those Ex-Uplines taught me without doing my own homework and research.
