  Hi, I'm sure all of you have read about how upset many pple are about the new way of distributing the NDP tickets.

  think balloting is a better idea. manpower is kinda wasted to organise the queue.

  there is bound to be some "leakage"...u can't possibly make all the NSmen invisible when they move in the night to set up the place...
  
  and smart singaporeans can oso guess where they will locate the distribution centres...
  
  and kiasu-ism is in our blood....
  
  balloting shd be the most fair....depends on luck...
  and no need to queue and jostle with the rest....
