  ozone emitting. as in as opposed to products & machines that are ozone-free -- the kind that do not deplete the ozone layer?
  
  rainee, can you confirm with your company that this is the same "ozone" they're talking about?
  if they say no... ask them to explain how it is not.
  
  likewise, did you submit a copy of product technical data to Health Canada, or are they simply responding to you on the simple word "ozone"?
  
  as all locals should know, ENV should be the relevant authority in this case in the local context of "approving" machines.

  no no, it is not the ozone-free as in wun deplete the ozone layer...it is more like the device will emit ozone into the air and water...this kinda of generator if used for a long period esp in an enclosed space might cause health problems...

  I did send some technical details to them afterwards, and to ask whether the certs are fake or not, so waiting for their reply now.
