ozone emitting. as in as opposed to products & machines that are ozone-free -- the kind that do not deplete the ozone layer?
rainee, can you confirm with your company that this is the same "ozone" they're talking about?
if they say no... ask them to explain how it is not.
likewise, did you submit a copy of product technical data to Health Canada, or are they simply responding to you on the simple word "ozone"?
as all locals should know, ENV should be the relevant authority in this case in the local context of "approving" machines.
