Ten years ago...A MLM company called NOP...selling figure enhancing underwear, foot massage machines, crystals, even the PDMYP that Long Far is peddling now...THEY DECIDED TO GO INTO A PROJECT! CALLED �é¹ÈËþ!!! basically selling NICHES at a columbarium. You know how they market it? like real estate sia! buy more niches for yourself and your family!!! can appreciate in value and sell next time!!! So a lot of 'investors' were invited to buy, 'official launch' at a hotel, celebs, whole song and dance, etc. So many, many people sunk tens of thousands into it. In the end? RUG PULLED OUT FROM UNDER THEM. No such thing. Cannot sell for what was promised. So what happened?

CALLED MAGIC KINGDOM! basically selling a CONCEPT for a country club, basically THE BIGGEST and GRANDEST CLUB IN SINGAPORE, JB and SOME SAY BATAM!!! so you know how they market it? Like a CONDO project, man! beautiful mockup, showroom, everything! So many, many people sunk untold thousands into it again. In the end? RUG PULLED OUT FROM UNDER THEM. No such thing. Company folded. So what happened?

THEY DECIDED TO GO INTO A PROJECT! CALLED CHINA DREAM!!! SELLING THE UNDERWEAR IN CHINA!!! Again, many, many investors "invested" in the project, so now how? poof. Again, nothing.
THEY DECIDED TO GO INTO A PROJECT! 2 DIRECTORS of this company ASKED ALL THE MANAGERS THERE TO INVEST!!! 5-10K EACH!!! OPEN A COMPANY IN SHENZHEN!!!! total collected almost 200K. So after one of the directors went to china with the money and spent it drinking, whoring, eating, etc. Anything to show for it? poof. Nothing. So how?
THEY DECIDED TO GO INTO A PROJECT!!! CALLED MORINGTON CRESENT COUNTRY CLUB AKA THE HAUNTED COUNTRY CLUB! asked all the NTI members to fork out money for 'memberships'! In the end? NO MONEY TO DO COMPLETE RENOVATIONS, HAD TO CALL ALL THE 'MANAGERS' to go help clean up the place.
That means, for you kids out there, THOSE MANAGERS WHO PAID FOR THE MEMBERSHIP FOR THE HAUNTED COUNTRY CLUB WERE ASKED TO GO THERE AND WORK FOR FREE PULLING WEEDS AND CLEARING RUBBISH.
WOW!!! HOW EXCLUSIVE!
So 2 months after 'launching', the only habitants in the place now are still, only the resident ghosts. So now how?

2. MK i know about it, but the truth is not for us to know as we all only know the project failed and many investor could not get back the money. But i know alot got back too.
3. Emall has already been started, just that we are not active in it.
4. China Dream yes i know this, but anyway its not selling underwear, its some nutrition product in china.
5. This 2 director thing i comfirm dunno about it, cause it not link up with the company. Anyway how you know one of the director spent all on drinking and etc ? You are the director or he tell u ?
6. This CC i heard about it. Call empire club right ? Not sure about how they manage it, but seems to be a failure for now.
7. Emcom is still not sure yet, since the project is not even close to completion.
The only thing i fear about the emcom project is the recent taiwan earthquake might have affected the construction.

Strangely, its not one two failures, its a massive one after another, and there are many who lost money not entirely to themselves.
In the other thread somebody made claims Sunshine Empire stood for 28 years, and its the same length as many well established MLM companies, like Herbalife for example.
But yet Herbalife still stood on, the same programs, the same line of products, which is a testimonial to its management, product strength and marketing plan
For NTI, its time to stop being in denial and face up to its wrongdoings. Only then can the past be cleared and it can go on to embrace new projects without guilt if the management has a tinge of conscience -

15 Wireless Project - 50/50 spilt profits between the developer of the wireless & James Phang [so the amount that investors are paying now, half goes to NTI for paying GP,SP, BP according to ranks]
why I stress 50/50 spilt, because this project was actually launched 2 yrs back. which is when the developer of the wireless back than has got no capital to set up the wireless, so he sign up with a partner, he only gets 30% of profits whereas partner only pumps capital gets 70% so he (developer du lan cannot do anything) while the investor partner guai lan (sit and wait for profits) but this didn't last long so the project failed 2 yrs back. -

Well I wouldnt be suprised if they blame their next failure on this, after all, history has proven that whenever something happen to NOP/NTI project they are somehow NEVER in the wrong and are always not to be blamed.Originally posted by LegacyMan:1. Basically for those people especially those people who blame this and that, but never blame themselves, than these are the people who are not responsible at all.
From what has failed so far, they have being blamming these factors as well as many other factors.
Why do they (James Phang and his distributors[includes his leaders/networkers] keep blamming this and that, but NEVER EVER look back and reflect on their mistakes?
IF anyone in NTI doesn't believe, just try it and see the results for yourself.
I did it before- I asked the leaders why NOP's Magical Kingdom failed last time, they blame it on bad investment, bad place etc, but didnt blame on the person who started the project-go try it, it's interesting.)
If a person who have did business before will never ever push the blame to others. The business owner will blame himself/herself for not having done the homework (research).
Go grab any BUSINESS BOOK (NONE MLM)- read how they do businesses, regardless of whether they succeed or fail, they will only blame themselves.
MAYBE Emcom will work, maybe not, time will tell.
Advice to those new NTI agents or those who went back to NTI.
If you really want to learn MLM, at least know the basic of business, and learn how to choose a good mlm company, not by listening and sign on the spot.
(ONLY for those interested, i'll willing to teach-just let me know)
A person who doesn't thinks and evaluate the opportunity presented to them isn't smart. So jolly well do some research before you sign in on NTI / other companies OR any Investment Plans / Business Opportunities in future. -

this is the EGA, most of the companies didn't even join under the EGA, what happen in the midst of merger, I have no idea, or are the companies just gimmicks - i have no idea.

this is the LPS which James Phang personally want to shut down this project due to overestimated. He's not a man of his words afterall.
after 1st payout, he sees he's not earning a lot, than from a payment of $27 drop to $5. how big is the drop in percentage?
already 20% - $27
so $5 = 4% of his total profit to be shared among the investors?

It's just now about the nos of projects that he has previously done. Looking at the track record, we can tell the results.
He is really not a man of his word. FYI, as long as the person does not bring values and income to his company, he will start saying bad things about the person and even call them names...
A group of his 'golden eagles' apparently left him. He is someone who thinks that he's the smartest of them all and is always right. Ppl who gives comments frankly to him, he will feel offended and cast that person aside.
What I can say is that, his past followers end up in great debts becos of him.
I hate him to the core! -

I once UNKNOWINGLY worked there 3 days as a marketing executive. Found their tactics strange and the country club super old. Luckily i escaped after finding out it was not a proper country club

Some so-called country clubs are really built and operate on low budgets. Buyers should check out the facilities first. Singapore is not going to have many rich people in future to enjoy these expensive clubs.

Guess their model of attracting mainly HDB dwellers to this club with low entry fee, did not work well.
With all those hidden clauses add in, it is difficult to get your money back.
