this is flawed
if emcom success does not depend on magic kingdom, ok
but i am sure emcom success also does not depend on statistics of mlm success right, otherwise statement one wont hold then
I just join, nothing much to show yet. Should ask those sign GP to show the pics of their cheques now.Originally posted by laoda99:I hope he earn big bucks and show us his cheque here......

Yes its under james phang.Originally posted by Felt Cheated By NTI:So is sunshine empire under James Phang?
Sigh, all my friends are either no money or not interested.Originally posted by wealthseeker:Im a silver partner onli..
155usd for rebate the rest are part of my commission
We do not drop to a conclusion unless you have sufficent evidences to support your words.Originally posted by Felt Cheated By NTI:This is why the investors' money is needed to pay off their banks' debts.
Emcom is not a public listed company, thats why it can't raise money by selling its stocks and share, i agree that business time might be better than newspaper for investment, but i still prefer that someone tell me then i go and see myself. Not much people will ask themselve.Originally posted by bangkokboy:LegacyMan has brought up an interesting point. Infact he has made the president sound like an angel hasn't he? Let's look at it on the other side of the fence. Which general is dumb enough not to utilize troops that are ready at his disposal? Troops that worship the very path that he treads. Hanging onto every word that he says?
Ok boys and girls, lets do some basic maths...
Each loyal soldier = $1000
1000 loyal soldier = $1000,000
The general only need to give out a 10% dividend. This works works out to be a measly $100,000 but a $900,000 profit for the wonderful general!!!! With the newfound trust the general obtained (hey he is giving out money in the 1st month so our dear friend can take taxi everyday...) he can easily recruit another 2000 troops through word of mouth. Perfect and ingenious. Plus this troops probably know little about protecting themselves and have little power to engage in the legal battlefield.
The start is always beautiful isn't it...

We already discussed that the dividends is profit-sharing from sunshine empire to all investor right ? Thats to cover the gap before the project completed.Originally posted by laurence82:which area mistaken?
i didnt say die die must have one company standing
if one is serving majortiy, the one other wouldnt..just like if singtel captures 70% of singapore, starhub would have the other 30%..two diff companies, diff market shares, maybe some smart aleck signed up for two services, but wouldnt differ much
eventually, i agree now we cant see for now, but the one who profit in the long term will be the one having the majority...so, its also kinda strange emcom is issuing dividends now....
Ya i understand your point.Originally posted by laurence82:Wrong. Thats not what i meant
Agents are not shareholders, but merely investors in a single project. And it is the company management who control the accounts. What i meant is that no shareholders, especially profit-making one, would allow investors to earn to the fullest extent. For example, if its calculated investors would gain 80% of the project profits, do you think shareholders/company gladly take out 80% for agents and leave 20% for themselves?
the fallen, although i may argued with him, know how it works during investments. There are a lot of hidden costs, creative accounting etc we may not know..and possibly would not know. None of the agents are part of management, so none of them would know. Meaning that comparing investment for investment, i could get competitive ROI from the market instead.
APTG, being NASDAQ listed, is putting itself up for scrutiny all the time, from auditors to market sentiment. It easier for me to collect info on how it is doing compared to companies like Emcom. Which is another point I raised, how is this investment from Emcom covered and insured under the local MAS regulations?
Lastly, someone raised another similar point. APTG is strong enough capitally to be listed on NASDAQ. This may have an impact on the market share of both companies in Taichung for the long term. Think about it.
Huh? What talking you? My post is on market share and how it impinges on profits, and what it got to do with dividends issued before project is completed?Originally posted by LegacyMan:We already discussed that the dividends is profit-sharing from sunshine empire to all investor right ? I am glad at least we agreed on a point.
Firstly, what it got to do with the points i raised about information abt APTG being easily available?Originally posted by LegacyMan:Ya i understand your point.
But i have to say again, the investors are only getting back 10% of the sales revenue which is not much.
Anyway do you know Wemax doing gaoxiong is also doing a private project. Its comparing with the gaoxiong appointed company.
Ya and i am replying to this phrase of your "so, its also kinda strange emcom is issuing dividends now...."Originally posted by laurence82:Huh? What talking you? My post is on market share and how it impinges on profits, and what it got to do with dividends issued before project is completed?
What agreement????
To add, this is even more puzzling. Like you said, the project is not completed, so the profits come from....?
this is spookyOriginally posted by LegacyMan:Ya and i am replying to this phrase of your "so, its also kinda strange emcom is issuing dividends now...."
Its not and Q n A just an info for you to know.
The point is refering to this phrase "APTG is strong enough capitally to be listed on NASDAQ."Originally posted by laurence82:Firstly, what it got to do with the points i raised about information abt APTG being easily available?
Secondly, why at 10%? You mean nti/sunshine investors invested in total 10% of the capital raised for the project?
You cant claim good ROI on this right, since you said its not much anyway?
Lastly, what is the link with wemax and kaoschiung, since we are focusing on project in taichung?
The current profit-sharing i would say is an agreement between emcom and sunshine.Originally posted by laurence82:this is spooky
meaning, the dividends got nuthing to do with the project?
So for now, there is no indication the Emcom/Tayee project is bringing in the moolahs.Originally posted by LegacyMan:The point is refering to this phrase "APTG is strong enough capitally to be listed on NASDAQ."
And sorry 10% is the profit-sharing given by Sunshine Empire not Emcom. Upon Emcom project completed, it will take 50% from its internet and VOIP subscription only and give back to investor.
I link WeMax with GaoXiong is because they are doing a private project of building wireless infrastructure too. At that time they are also competing with the other big companies. I am using to refer back to Emcom and APTG case.

Sunshine will pay us an gurantee percent back when the project is building. The profit-sharing is from sunshin empire monthly sales revenue.
Maybe i can answered some of these.Originally posted by halth:Hey superstar,
When you say your friend got back a dividend of how much, do you really mean dividend in the strict sense of the word? Also can give us a feel of how much he put in so that we can compare the scale of the dividend with the amount he put in as it's really misleading?
Also I'm sure when we sign people up, we do get a small fee. I've confirmed that with several of my friends who are inside.
Let us know more about your friend's opinion when he gets back. I'm really interested to see how it stacks up with the competition. I'm quite sure Emcom is building something there but the crux of the question is how it stacks up against company like APTG who has chosen an industry giant in this sense to do up a free network. Are Emcom technologies superior? Are they the only one who can promise wireless while traveling at highspeed? What are their plans to counter the free wireless? How much are they going to charge for their services? These are just some of the questions I have now.
It didOriginally posted by wealthseeker:Hi legacy,
Y are keep explaining it to them? They are not going to join anyway even u convince them with all these information. I tink u did a good job n trying to help NTI n Emcom to clear quite alot of doubts liao.
Just spend more time on your other potential prospect ba.
