Magic Kingdom also got contracts, the contract also no tricks, so what? James Phang has his way to run away all the investors money. Nothing will happen to him. The victims are those people who invested in his project!Originally posted by NUS_Superst@r:I believe that every investment comes with a risk. The higher the risk, the greater the returns. If you are afraid, just put your money in fixed deposit. That's the safest but of cos, the return is pathetic. Yes, I already read the contract very carefully and no tricks are involved. That's the way a contract should be or else, why should we even sign a contract? Finally, all I can say is you should invest the amt you are comfortable with. Of cos, when ppl earn back from their investments, you will still be yourself and dun have the sour-grape mentality.
This is why the investors' money is needed to pay off their banks' debts.Originally posted by LegacyMan:This is why the company did not only loan from bank.
We all know about the notorious reputations of MLM companies as being come-n-go. Make money, change name/strategy. With such a 'prestigious' project under their wings, one has to wonder why they would choose such a flawed and slow way of generating funds.Originally posted by LegacyMan:About the advertising part, we choose MLM is because we all know that spreading news by mouth to mouth is the fastest way to let most people know and understand about the project. If we use TV and Newspaper it might be costly and no as effective as most people do not watch commerical or advertisement on paper too closely.
Originally posted by LegacyMan:LegacyMan has brought up an interesting point. Infact he has made the president sound like an angel hasn't he? Let's look at it on the other side of the fence. Which general is dumb enough not to utilize troops that are ready at his disposal? Troops that worship the very path that he treads. Hanging onto every word that he says?
And finally main reason why this investment is in MLM is because the internation president of Emcom is a network marketer himself, he wishes to benefits all his agents under his NM company. This may sound fishy but its really the truth.
which area mistaken?Originally posted by LegacyMan:I am afraid u have mistaken, in taiwan its different with singapore, they can have more then 1 company building the project, it just depends on which is faster and which is better. But of cos the govt will only select one company to build it.
If you want me to ask you who will be serving majority, i can't answer you cos both project is not yet completed, but one thing is comfirm, both is building at the 80% of taichung, which is most of the residential area.
Wrong. Thats not what i meantOriginally posted by LegacyMan:This post is for your previous post. You mentioned that company dun let their agents earn largely, therefore i told you, whether large or not will depends how you define the amount and surly the agent wun be earning more than the company do.
You keeping saying this is a scam, then take your evidences and go police report. If not, you are just trying to defame the company.Originally posted by Felt Cheated By NTI:Ya! The money that you are spending happily, are from those investors who pumped in their money in this scam!
LOL, not yet. The cracks wouldn't show now would it? It's too early, they haven't earn enough money yet.Originally posted by NUS_Superst@r:You keeping saying this is a scam, then take your evidences and go police report. If not, you are just trying to defame the company.
yeap, waiting for this one tooOriginally posted by jonzibonzi:But i heard there are audited reports of the magic kingdom failure. Is that true <-- ans pls
Actually if i were to take you as a representative of nti alone, i would nti agents has not changed in terms of negative behaviour. And i believe nti itself is a training company as legacyman said (?)Originally posted by NUS_Superst@r:Actually, when so many negative replies in this forum also make me a bit scared but I chose to believe in my friend who pumped in more money than me. I will wait after the free business trip to Taichung so to actually confirm the technology and the scope of this project.

typical mlm "pros"Originally posted by NUS_Superst@r:The dividends we get back every month on the 10th is fake one la, sry for you but we will just withdraw the money out and happily spend them.
Hi, I am not too stupid or naive that I never doubt this investment. In fact, the first thing that comes to my mind is it must be a scam. However, after some investigation, I decide to take the risk and invest. I will not want to miss out a n opportunity to make it big so decide to invest.Originally posted by givemeluck:typical mlm "pros"
why all of you talk the same way?????
i have a friend from emcom, not actually friend , i dont know why he appears in my msn too , BUT everytime i see this idiot with his msn nick abt his "achievements" in emcom..... example... " DO U BELIEVE U CAN DRIVE A EVO AT THE AGE OF 20 , I DO??" , something like that.....cant really remember the exact sentence he used.
seriously.....i dont know this guy stupid or what , actually believes that ppl will be "drag" in to his mlm network this way... omg.
oh yah , NUS_Superst@r are u really from NUS ? u dont look like one from the way you advertise here.. hehe
no hard feelings but... i always think that ppl who believes in mlm is either stupid or too naive . the clever ones are those above above above them.
This is what my friends told me after they invested in magic kingdom.Originally posted by NUS_Superst@r:Hi, I am not too stupid or naive that I never doubt this investment. I know but to say the emcom investment will have the same outcome as the magic kingdom is without basis. Btw, not all mlm fails. One of them which is quite successful is herbalife.Originally posted by laoda99:This is what my friends told me after they invested in magic kingdom.
My friends were lucky to remain friends with each other after the disaster (one of them recommended to the others).
Seriously, I more interested in getting my money than in their technology but maybe ppl in computer engineering can shed some light on our doubts.Originally posted by halth:Hey superstar,
When you say your friend got back a dividend of how much, do you really mean dividend in the strict sense of the word? Also can give us a feel of how much he put in so that we can compare the scale of the dividend with the amount he put in as it's really misleading?
Also I'm sure when we sign people up, we do get a small fee. I've confirmed that with several of my friends who are inside.
Let us know more about your friend's opinion when he gets back. I'm really interested to see how it stacks up with the competition. I'm quite sure Emcom is building something there but the crux of the question is how it stacks up against company like APTG who has chosen an industry giant in this sense to do up a free network. Are Emcom technologies superior? Are they the only one who can promise wireless while traveling at highspeed? What are their plans to counter the free wireless? How much are they going to charge for their services? These are just some of the questions I have now.
haha i agreed with u..Originally posted by NUS_Superst@r:Seriously, I more interested in getting my money than in their technology but maybe ppl in computer engineering can shed some light on our doubts.
