Really. You seem to be very confident about this wireless project that you trust that it will not fail. And it seem that you also trust 100% that people will abide by what's written inside the contract.
1) Does the contract say that terms and conditions will be changed from time to time as per the discretion of the company? If it's so, bye bye.. If they change the policy that people will not get their money back, I'm going to see how you cry.
2) Not EVERYTHING in a contract can be trusted. Sometimes there are hidden meanings behind the terms and conditions stated especially if their words are extremely difficult to understand. You must double-check.
3) Are you really sure that you will get back 100% of what you've invested. PLEASE LAH THINK. If the business ever fails right, the first thing they'll do is to pay off debts. Do you think they will give a stupid damn about your investments? -
I believe that every investment comes with a risk. The higher the risk, the greater the returns. If you are afraid, just put your money in fixed deposit. That's the safest but of cos, the return is pathetic. Yes, I already read the contract very carefully and no tricks are involved. That's the way a contract should be or else, why should we even sign a contract? Finally, all I can say is you should invest the amt you are comfortable with. I am afraid u have mistaken, in taiwan its different with singapore, they can have more then 1 company building the project, it just depends on which is faster and which is better. If you want me to ask you who will be serving majority, i can't answer you cos both project is not yet completed, but one thing is comfirm, both is building at the 80% of taichung, which is most of the residential area. -
