what's your business involved in? Drugs? Prostitutes?Originally posted by bangkokboy:For your info, Belair guaranteed 90% of my investment. Till date... Anyway I can guarantee you 110% in my Bangkok business. Interested?
Jeer not, Drugs and prostitudes are very profitable business anywhere in the world. Not sure about your impression of Bangkok, but I assure you that there is more to Thailand than Prostitudes.Originally posted by NUS_Superst@r:what's your business involved in? Drugs? Prostitutes?
One question. If the project is still undergoing, how do they generate funds to give out dividends? Dividends are given out in the event the company is making profits.. I cannot see how they can start generating profits when the infactructure is not even up.Originally posted by NUS_Superst@r:what's your business involved in? Drugs? Prostitutes?
I post this question back to you. What are most of the senior MLMers (aka lao jiaos) involved in? Cheating people of their savings and hard earned money?Originally posted by NUS_Superst@r:what's your business involved in? Drugs? Prostitutes?
Actually i did mentioned it in the last few threads. NTI itself is only dealing with training courses, so member join NTI for the courses.Originally posted by laurence82:Nope you didnt mention it
From the way i see it, its from an MLM system to what you said, a training company?
The legal jurisdiction governing this should the laws governing investments and finance, not MLM already.
Just for your infomation, everytime they change the system the exisiting merchants are automatically transfer to the new one. So i would not suggest that you straight away jump to conclusion that they do that to replace ex agents, unless you are in the managent level in NTI last time, will be a different case.Originally posted by laurence82:Bulls
If if NTI was sincere, it would have done all these long time ago, instead of changing the procedures and cooling day periods from time to time, which conveniently displace ex agents.
We dont even know if these accounts are managed properly
Says you, but not people who posted here in the past.Originally posted by LegacyMan:Just for your infomation, everytime they change the system the exisiting merchants are automatically transfer to the new one. No, Taichung is having their M Project with a company called APTG. APTG has not yet started their construction.Originally posted by laurence82:So if Tayee/Emcom is given the responsibility to build a wireless broadband network in Taichung, is this the so called Taichung M Project?
so why last time got that Ma Ying Jiu cert, and Ma Ying Jiu is Taipei, not Taichung mayor?Originally posted by LegacyMan:No, Taichung is having their M Project with a company called APTG. APTG has not yet started their construction.
Anyway i would like to clarify again, Emcom's Wireless infrastructure project is a PRIVATE project not aided or support by goverment.
With ISP approval any company can build their own infrastructure in the country, but of cos with approval.
Alright very simple, before the investment project is completed our dividend monthly is being paid by Sunshine Empire, a partner of Emcom for the marketing part. They will take out 10% of their month sales turnover and pay to all the investors.Originally posted by bangkokboy:One question. I personally, am very interested in knowing the answer. Also is it possible to post their contract/agreement? I'm sure given the legitimacy of the company this would not be much of a problem unless there is something to hide?
The basic question that I want to ask is this: If project is so profitable and so great, then why isn't it being sold through the customary advertising system that we have used for so long? How did google generate the funds that it needs?
Why does such a profitable business that promises better returns than banks/stocks and shares need to resort to a "special marketing" scheme like an MLM? Why does it need to depend on students, retirees, youngsters to promote this fantastic investment scheme?!?!!
Untill you can answer these questions, I would still remain sceptical.
Regards,
BKKboy
I would not agrue about this as i do know that NTI use to have lots of unertical members.Originally posted by laurence82:Says you, but not people who posted here in the past.
Some even sign under other agents name due to age limit, which even bring this a level lower
Ma Ying Jiu is the RCB of Emcom in Taipei, and in taichung we have Hu Zhi Xiong's copy.Originally posted by laurence82:so why last time got that Ma Ying Jiu cert, and Ma Ying Jiu is Taipei, not Taichung mayor?
What dunce is this?
So, the truth is out eh? Pte project, not supported but approved by any local government in Taichung?
Meaning this will be on less scale than the M project, because promax is saying they are supporting majority of Taichung instead
Yes NTI is under sunshine empire, and NTI member is usually registered as sunshine's merchant. This is how they are linked.Originally posted by laurence82:Well, you did say NTI is the marketing arm, besides training arm, and by marketing arm it would include attracting investors.
In anyway, is the project in Taichung under this umbrella called Taichung M Project?
so its ur company words vs promax's (i believe this is the name) wordsOriginally posted by LegacyMan:Ma Ying Jiu is the RCB of Emcom in Taipei, and in taichung we have Hu Zhi Xiong's copy.
The truth is always its a private project, since its started.
I am not sure how big scale M project will be as they have not started yet, but i do know Emcom's will not be in a small scale as we are building for 80% of the residential area in taichung.
Promax is what company ?Originally posted by laurence82:so its ur company words vs promax's (i believe this is the name) words
Of cos i understand this, but my questions is if the agents earn more than the company, would the company over pay out.Originally posted by laurence82:Its bull for that part about distrubutors' welfare
No shareholders, even for MLM companies would actually allow distributors to earn largely. Agents might earn signficant amt, but truth is we wouldnt know how much cost is hidden or whether an amt is not given to distributors
If you dont understand this, you will never understand businessman mentality

Can post the link?
Who says about overpaying?Originally posted by LegacyMan:Of cos i understand this, but my questions is if the agents earn more than the company, would the company over pay out.
I beg to dfferent for your remark.
Anyway Emcom is a pte ltd not public listed.
