Hey guys seems like the few hours away have already missed alot of stuff.
Anyway Lau i have to amend something, no matter how good a training program is, it only teaches people but eventually whether it works or not, will depends strongly on individual whether they use what they learnt.
Alright you might say i am saying people again and not company, but its really the truth in this world.
Anyway BkkBoy which questions is not answered ? Sorry i might just missed out some.

You cant be telling people this all the time, in other fields, its simply means excuses and lack of action, or worse, poor customer service.

Quite difficult to be humble anyway when you are taking home close to 10k every month and driving a BMW. Mmh. Taking home 10k and driving a BMW doesn't mean the person have to flaunt it. It's the personal touch. It doesn't mean that you have to pretend to be meek and inferior, because you know you are not. Pretending is always the hardest thing to do. Do not seek to make others feel inferior. Do not even try to imply that others are inferior. That is the true meaning of being humble.

No worries, you have answered all my questions thus far. Thanks! But rather my concerns are questions targeted at our young friend, sometimes being ignorant is not a good thing you agree? I am sure we can learn a thing or two from others, we should never assume that we are always right and others are wrong.

There is lots for us to learn from each other. Actually i am glad that there is this places for us to share everyone's thought. We can't have the whole world agreeing on the same thing right ?
