Talk to the one who introduce you, which phrase you bought in ? You should first ask your introducer before coming here to seek help for refund. -

Legacyman: Now i know what I've to do for it, I thought through and know that I can't commit therefore I want to opt out plus my family is objecting me to do so.
I've already talk to my friend and my friend don't seem to want to close my account for me and says so far no one has close before and there will be many procedure.
If my friend cannot do it or don't want to do it, I'm trying to see if there's any other way.
I don't care how much I can get back, I just want to get out of this. I don't like that idea of leaving my account there, I just want to close it. -

Many of you and some of my other friends told me its all right to leave it there but someone who has more experience and is much more senior in the business world, told me that I should close my account.

Whether I get back my money or not is another thing, I just want to close my account (if it has been created), if not yet created I also don't know why my friend say cannot close account. If you are familiar with the procedures, you should know roughly the details. I only paid for the mimimum sum to enter.
I only went recently and as mention I don't think that my account has been created as my friend has not given me any account to log in, yet told me that I can't opt out , account cannot be closed.
As for other details especially my personal details, I'm sorry that I cant divulge any.

If your account is not create ask for your fren to find a replacement for you. Its much faster than refund, when you join ?

Seems like you trust the wrong person. Maybe you should talk to the manager instead to find a better solution or ask your fren to find someone to take over your accounts. If its not open yet you should be allowed to take back your money.
I will help you check on this with the management side too. -

I'm going to get a copy of the agreement I've signed that day from my friend. I'm thinking to get the copied agreement then see what I can do.
In the meantime, I'll see what the management tells you.

My advise do not be afraid of them.
You do not need experience to reject something. If you are undecisive means you also have some interest to stay on.
Anyway you should find the top manager to know more about the policy at least BDM.
I will update you with any info.
