Another Scam Project By Ex-NOP Boss, James Phang! Beware!

Beware of this wireless project from taiwan. Its from the Ex-NOP Boss, James Phang! This James Phang had scam millions of dollars using Magic Kingdom on 2002. The only difference is one is country club and the other one is wireless project. But both are using the same tactics. BEWARE!!!!

Just for your info, there are quite a number of investors cannot login to their account given to them by the company. There is one investor who tried to refund and successfully get his money back. So maybe those who regret investing can try refunding your money. Good Luck!

I really want to clarify about your statement in second post. Care to tell me the name of the investors so that i can find out why they can't login ?
Maybe you can ask them to find the introducer and find out why can't login too. -

I will just wanna know how is it a scam project??although i am not an investor, i have heard alot of prove about wireless projects that are happening in Tawian that are exactly link to what NTI is helping. Alot of prove are given thru websites, news from the tawian and newspaper in Singapore.
How sure are you that this project is a scam? From my research, People who are investing in this project are investing in emcom. NTI is like giving a helping to this project only in tawian.
All i know there are many people investing in this project after a semester recently,mainly i think these investing projects are mend for working people who can support themselve well, not just anyone who can't afford it and still want to invest.
Can't log in doesn't mean the company is cheating or sometimes, it could just be an error in the password or something else, shouldn't be a problem checking with the company. Cause I seriously don't think there is any company who will want to cheat on people and get their faces on the newspaper the next day. -

In fact, under Singapore current laws, what sort of schemes now can be easily identified as scam?
Same for the case where Swisscash was declared a scam in Malaysia and not other countries.
Given NTI's past record, its at investors' own risk -

Yes NTI and JP does not have a good past record, therefore an advise for everyone is to think carefully before you joined. Only when u feel comfortable and confident with the project then you invest. -

yup i have to agree too that it is up to the investor risk.. different such companies have different investing or business plan.. It is just how individual respond to it..

1) late 1970s- early 1980s if i didnt recall wrongly
Magical Kindom which Involves many people in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Each Lot of the Resort cost SG$5000 per Lot.
He took a lot, than was declared a Bankrupt before.
2) Life-Time Profit Sharing. (March 2005)
Just recalled Back this plan, at the Start of this plan, he already broke his promise of 20% turn-over to Gold Merchants at that part of time, then it dropped to 5% after the 1st pay-out.
A leader who has no Integrity of holding onto his Promise at all.
3) Singapore's Own NTI Country Club. (August 2005 around this month if not earlier.)
They RENT the whole Country Club for 1 month, than the lease of the developer expired already, thus they lost the Country Club.
When they decide to rent it, they just look at the surface, they don't look into details.
So with the 4th project - Emcom. How trust-worthy is James Phang?
