If you add all the % from the 9 level you get 47% ~ So it should be the example B raise by Vemma ~

Xango is not a get rich quick scheme if you are looking for that then Xango is not for you but if you are looking for true home business opp then you may want to look at Xango has to offer

i guess u all have the correct answer.. 
the ans couldn't be (A) cos there will be over-pay in the system & soon the company will collapse. Obviously the ans is (B), so the actual % is 2%,5% & 10% plus 3% global pool instead of "50%total payout" which is very misleading....... that's why it is difficult for xango distributor
to ans this...

mlm compensation plans Xango pays out 50% to its distributors with no breakage.
You get paid 5% on all reps on first level
5% on all reps on second level
10% on all reps on third level
5% on level four reps
5% on level five reps
5% on level six reps
5% on level seven reps
5% on level eight reps
2% on level nine reps
you can sponser as may people as you want your first level for example I have
11 peopleon my first level

I hv a interesting pay plan here, a company I joint recently.
Its a combi of binary and a stair step but without the break away.
For Binary, e company will pay out 10% of the weaker leg comm. vol with a cap of USD25K per Biz centre per mth.
e CV rate is every $1 to 0.45 CV.
For the stair step U will be paid as follow(personal sponser)
Level 1 25-50% (everyone whole team volume, not personal purchase only)
2 8%
3 8%
4 8%
5 10%
6 10%
7 6%

The Company is Agel. Started in USA 1 yr 5 mth, Singapore 1 yr 1 mth. Total in 41 country to date.

I am very familiar with Agel tried some product about 7 months ago but the pay plan seems a little off with such a high pay out. Have to wonder about that

The company is paying like 50% of total sales as comm. to member.
They r able to have such a high pay out is due to their expansion strategy.
The initial production cost will be high as the number is small. But now with 41 country the volume has increase, so the cost for production has reduce.
This will increase e company profit as to continue the high pay out to e member.
Actually Agel is profitable after 7 mth in biz. So who brought u to Agel 7 mth ago? -

There is really no comparison with vemma and xango like I said Xango 500 miilion
in sales for 2005 and vemma 5 million in sales for 2005 the numbers speak for them selves Foody I have met some of the Heavy Hitters in Agel -

Those heavy hitter may not be in the company any more. Cos in Apr 06 the cooperate in USA actually close down the then Singapore management run Agel Enterprises. Cos e management took the pay out but never pay it to e member. So many complain n left the company after cooperate close down e Singapore office.
In May cooperate opens another office and this time all operation is control by a regional manager from USA.
Since then Agel Singapore is growing well.
