His title already is a big mistake. He should put a new "MLM company" instead.
Pioneer is the lousiest of all. Just take a look at NTI, they called themselves pioneer 2 years ago, and look at how many rules and payment style changed so far?
It is inconsistence and the salary totally depends on your recruitment or sales.
Choose between MLM or a normal job: a normal job
Choose between a business or MLML: business

Hmm.... 1stly I am not from Long Far. As Long Far is from Malaysia, I dun think its in the pionnering stage.
The company I am talking abt is a local company just started this March. Yes you heard me.... Its Local and juz started so I deem it as a pionnering stage.
Why i am asking is juz for my own feedback gathering. Its juz for sharing info.

Hmm, Its a binary plan that focus on sales and recruitment.......
I used to do herbalife with no or little results, but when i came over to the new company, I realised i have 100+ downline on 1 leg without me doing anything much, just attend trainings....... I think its due to pionnering oppurtunities.
Mine 1st month i recieve a thousand plus..... I dun think its much but its better than my time spent in herbalife.....
Disclaimer: Not that hebalife is not good, maybe its juz the timing and the oppurtunities.
I think 4 things to take note, the company, the products, the team and the marketing plan ba.....
