Like i said before, many NTI Salespersons like to make EMPTY promises...and that's a TRUE n UNACCEPTABLE failure that one salesperson shld make....
Like you have just mentioned above, empty promises your uplines had promised did not surface...In simple n to the very basic, it's more likely MONEY related...you should know even more better what you've lost n the so-called gains you've gained is just a "Manager" by name....and of course, your $$$$...not going to dig further...
Anyway, i'm not interested in any NTI or MLM companies affairs....i'm just playing only.....and stating the facts of reality....

Their Managers are not earning.
Its not the right platform to make money or even to earn a living.
For those who are in NTI now, leave after you have acquired the certain skills/knowledge you have gained, do not bother to stay there to make money
After leaving NTI, I started my own biz, and i'm doing much better than what i was doing wearing a coat walking around think i'm number 1
The payout is simply too little anyway, no point doing it

Main reason is that they are using Wal-Mart, the world biggest company, and non-MLM too, to compare with Amway, the world oldest MLM company. The differences are appalling, and they used this to say MLM dont work as successfully as Wal-Mart.
I did fight against that, but here is one gray area. How did Sam Walton manage to make Wal-Mart so big? By never denying his company has no problem.
Other retailers were telling the whole world that they are successful, and they showed by splurging on cars and yachts. Few months later, they collapsed. Same with Enron, a market darling before it collapsed.
Sam Walton did the exact opposite, by telling everybody how his company is going wrong, and he made the effort to do something about it.
Only sheer dumb luck or shrewd PR managers could turn around crumbling companies ala V for Vendetta
