How long your cousin joined NTI? Go directly to the company and ask for refund.
CASE and police is not doing anything because NTI is considered legal for now. They still sell products despite of heavy recruitment.
Anyway cheated is not quite appopriate down here. It is either your cousin is stupid, inpresistent or greedy. He thought MLM can earn quick money but was disappointed by first-few-month result.
Wealth need to be builded dude.
