hi everyone,
I got cheated by tis company about a year ago about 3k+ when I am only 17,
wanted a refund last year from the company but to no avail
Went to case, they called me to go Small claim
Went to Small claim, told me that this is a business to business transaction not sales transaction and they are not supposed to handle this and I have to go for civil court for this matter
During this time NTI called me up as they also receive small claim letter but did not answer
Went up to NTI for refund again about dec last year they say it is my fault for not answering their call to go to the interview on the refund case and this refund is rejected as it is over 3 month
Saw this thread today so wondering anyone could help me on this... Is going civil court the only answer to this problem as I do not have that kind of money for a lawyer and my family income is over the legal aid limit. Many thanks..... -

One thing I don't get about NTI is this thing about the use of the title Mr. Anyway Mr. is usually attached to a person's surname as a form of salutation, its actually pretty rude to call a person by Mr. (Firstname) and its also quite bad English. Hahahaha NTI people can call me Mr. Eikei for now, soon it will not be Mr. anymore hahaha
Anyway I don't think they know who Laurence and I are, just many wild guesses. I've even heard them accuse someone else of being me, which I found very amusing indeed. As to NTI, I would still like to ask the same old questions, why doesn't anybody from NTI want to talk frankly about their earnings and stuff on the forums?
