I remembered an agent called Ang Zhao Hui, once told me the rental for 22nd floor is 70k.

Compared to his partner Edrick Chua and his downline Nigel Chiu, he is far more inferior. He can't do good B-push, he is a lousy presenter (always go by the book (black color NTI sutra), can't handle sudden exception, weak joker, unfaithful friend, impotent, poor sportmanship, etc.
Simply put he is a piece of junk, not only his partner/upline/downline find his disgusting, I too, dispise him.
