this is my 1st time posting and pardon me if my english is poor.
i know that lots of ppl dun like MLM and condeming it. But isn't it most ppl is doing it now. let me explain if u watch a nice movie don't u wan to share it with ur frens and if ur fren find it nice he/she will recommned to his fren n so on. all thought the reason is old school but isn't it true?
And let say u r doing a basic paid job example Nokia isn't it same as MLM,u sell their product,commsion u earn abit den those top management also suck ur commision and i dun see y ppl condeming NOKIA =.=.
Ya i agree that some MLM company product quality is bad and they sell at high price. but isn't it most of the business out there is the same.
i also agree that some of the ppl in MLM will force ppl to join them as downline but the choice is all yours u can choose to stay or not to. If they keep forcing you to join den fuck her/him n go.
and 1 more thing some ppl here say negative thing about MLM and say MLM manager will brainwash ppl but y not relfect at urself aren't u brainwashing ppl too,to those who dun understand MLM.

coz actually.. my fren n i go down fer venture era.. we haven reali join.. just to go down fer basic trainin.. coz just v curious on how they work.. n how cum they attrach so much youngster..
but we realise tt some of the youth dem bought the items on their own.. the mattress blah blah..
the scary thing i found is tt i dunno tt the BM ll realise read the details of the application form so seriously. as in. today.. he can still say tt " i rem both yr fathers r self-employed.. wad r they currently doing..".
n anywae.. is it possible tt fer this network marketin to work.. can dun approach frens a not... coz today saw a gal in venture era passin her hp to a guy to copy down all the contacts.. in order to get her friends to join.. i feel tt this is weird.. as in.. u wont normally share yr contact w yr frens rite..

ha i was lying... they say that money is easy to earn is when u reach at high level BUT it takes lots of hard work n obstacles to get there.
and if u think tat money is easy to earn in this line den dun bother join MLM...
go do a basic paid job safe n steady..

I think the BM has too many things to remember ba ~ anyway why the gal pass the contact to the guy ?

Whether you go to training will depends on whether you could learn anything in it. I'm just started working with Venture Era and i searched google and come to this forum.
I try to explain as clearly as possible...... I'm 18 and ALOT of people around my age is working there.I myself find that this company can provide me with opportunities, and free training!!!It might sound bias since im from the company and im siding with them.But i dare u to go to our office and learn more about the company and products before flaming V.E.I won't stop you from badmouthing V.E after u have known more about V.E.Here are some info i know about V.E. basic paying job earns you how much per month?
if you feel VE is scary, than just leave, but don't leave as being a skeptic.
whenever you do something, make sure you learnt a lesson from everything that you do.
in your case, i advice you to stop going to VE.
like you have said, a person passing hp to upline to copy (so as to) contact their friends.
this is in direct violation of privacy (Law). firstly your friend DIDN'T give PERMISSION to you to ANYHOW spread nor give their contacts away to strangers. You can be sued for that. If you're not sure of it.
2nd - what happens when they have the numbers?
they will help you call the friend on your behalf, help you meet them, all done nicely for you, but when it comes to sponsor, it goes to them, so in short - they are taking your friends as their own customers.
3rd- they might say you refer your friends to them (uplines) than they will leave your friends with the impression that you are trying to sell them something. which is what many people are afraid of - many insurance agents are being avoided by their families and friends if you notice.
before you really start, i suggest you get out of mlm.
but have to understand what is mlm.

But I agree to a certain extend. MLM can be done, if not why is Amway still around? However, the MLM industry in Singapore has built the bad reputation with it's own hands. Whose fault is it?
