I'm juz giving neutral opinions and suggestions on what I think is negative in VE, such as the hard and sell tactics and the bold employment of ppl not legal to work. So if u meant me, u better take ur words back.
The reputation of VE breaks down to the employees of the company. If they're gd, VE would be gd. If they're bad, VE is bad. wavebreaker, if every MLMer is like u, then I reckon there'll not be so much MLM hate running around. But ppl like u sure get swallowed whole sooner or later. It's a pity that the majority of the VE ppl I saw on my 'interview' day were exactly what u described. Act like concern, but actually heck care, die die want u back.
I didn't doubt VE products, nor did I believed in them cos' I've haven't try them out to give a judgment. I was only concerned abt their grossly overpriced price tags. But it's a business afterall and I'm in no way to judge.
'Manager' in VE is juz a title to motivate the workers. Seriously, only dumb fools would actually believe they have what it takes to tackle the business world, after working few months and becoming a 'Business Manager' in VE. As I said, they've no employment contract and no recorded credentials. If they put in their future resume, it'll bound to raise suspicion to any discerning company. I bet most corporate businesses know how MLM works anyway.

i am not just talking about negative sales tactics.
With fraudulent document(i saw it a number of times!) like the one stating VE as a compliant member of CASE, it provide a glimpse of the true face of what VE is. trying all means to gain confidence of prospect, questions for those VE sellers, where do you get the documents? from the top? who encourage systematic use?
If what is on the paper is a lie, how much truth could contain in their talking? -

okie. here's a question for you me friends. i heard that venture era is going to move office to somewhere else soon. really, if you guys have nothing to hide. i do hope you guys could tell us where the new office is.
and if you guys have nothing else to hide, do introduce each and everyone of your products here and also company hierachy (whatever you spell it). no doubt you people have to demonstrate your products in order to show us how it works but- i believe that even without demonstration, you guys should at least be able to describe how it works etc.
if advertisers can MARKET their products on television in order to attract people to buy them, i dont see why multi-level marketing personnel can only do it through words of mouth or whatsoevers. after all, you guys are all in the marketing industry dont you?

Rachel, looks like despite your numerous post on sgforums mlm threads, and battles with other forum posters, you don't get the full picture of network marketing.
(don't know about VE's methods... but lets talk about true n/w marketing)
the revenue "opportunity" mlm companies give their "distributors" is the exclusive rights to market their respective product(s).
the companies (usually) have a hands-off attitude with regards to advertising to minimise overheads.
thus you always hear the story of "passing the buck back to the word-of-mouth distributors by cutting out the middlemen (advertising) ".
(recently LFI had been taking the lead in advertising in media for exposure of their "traditional looking" product... but did you notice where the ad was leading consumers to?

that means retail shop and not its private distributors.
i.e. detrimental to distributors' "business" and also in total contradiction of what LFI had promised its people early on before its official launch -- that all its products will removed from retail shelves!!)
rachel, unless you're a rich man daughter (or son) or have a trust fund to your name, only then will you have a wad of cash to dump on tv/radio stations to advertise & generate sales for yourself.

How is your company "able to teach something concrete, established & professional network marketing groups / companies with extensive personal / business / product support"?

if you review sgforums... you are clearly mistaking us on ranting about "local mlms" in general... because all the facts/rumours of local mlms operating in negative fashion are documented in sgforums posted by hundreds of forum users... and we need not add to it.
moreover, there are no flames without fire.
we have been trying to enlighten forum users with our many generic mlm posts... obviously more attention has been paid to BJs & sex romps & other gossip.
it looks like you have lots of catch-up reading to do on sgforums.

Fortunately, the people who i work with in Venture Era in the past are people with ethnics. I had a pleasant experience in terms of marketing, teamwork and team spirit in VE. I feel that the people whom i associate with during my stay in VE were truthful and open about their products.
Kinda sad to input that i received calls frm VE whom told me that jobs in admin and stuff were needed, nt putting straight to the point. VE members, juz fyi its a offence under the MLM n Pyramid selling act to mislead the public. Frm the forum i could see many were put off by the hard sell tactics and the way VE conducts their businesses.
There are black sheeps and white sheeps. Im glad to see some ppl make it in VE. Im sad to see a number of people who did not see VE the way i see it hence leading to the bad image it has among forumers. I just wish to input, for some who see this industry as a 100% failure, some will see as a good prospect. Another's person apple is another person poison.

Point noted that this is a VE thread, perhaps you can start your own and give us an intro? I'm sure you agree there is no perfect company as there is always room for improvement. I noticed there are several experts in this forum. Perhaps, through discussion, you can also consider some of the opinions shared and make your team a stronger one?
