  amway is a very good company with many certified products and backups from many doctors and professors. personally, i think the product range is very good for distributors to target the market. the only think i dont really like is the compensation plans because it requires quite a large sales volumn to attain a good position with good payouts.

  You are right and you are wrong.
  
  Amway is only a company that provide the products and services.
  
  It is the System that make a big different. There are 20++ business system around in Amway. Business system are the one that teach you how to build the business.
  Some are good , some are not so good. Some teach you to build network , some ask you to do hard-selling . All the business system focus on different thing.
  
  The business system are totally independant with Amway coropration.
  
  But in short , there is only a couple of good system around that teaches the value of life. One of them is BWW (which stands 70% of amway population). The value and teaching from this system is unbelievable. They really focus on building and bringing the best out of you so that you not only succeed in this Amway biz but also in Life and anything you do.

  I'm not trying to advertise for Amway but simply sharing my experience so far. I'm still learning the ropes of Amway. Only about a month old. The uplines and sidelines are really dedicated, helpful and supportive. When they say they have the time for you, they really do!
  I've join other MLM companies before and the uplines don't really back you up, instead I must go to their stupid roadshows and help them carry & sell stuff. The sidelines in those companies are useless, when I asked them for help they always reply, "Don't ask me. Ask your upline." I can't mention which failed MLM companies I've joined before. I don't wanna compromise my professionism.

  this is the reason why Amway is so special...
  and also why it is so enjoyable doing the amway business..
  
  The encouragement and help we give each other etc and the time spend in developing ourselves is definitely worth all the while..
  
  Words can't describe what the business actually is, you have to go look inside for yourself to experience and see it

  Hi there, im new in the forum, let me tell u something, n21 is a business school, its actually open to public to attend the seminar once a month and is speciality is training ordinary people to be leaders. Im in n21 for 3 yrs and yes, I've learn alot, be a good leader and listener in my organization, if you need to know more details, pls don hesitate to PM me, dats all I can say.
