before putting a little word; just want to let you know that i had done
my survery for this topic.
my comment is simple:

About your point on laws in different countries, I think it is rather interesting.. You use the words, "swiss cash is still legal in the eye of the law", but I beg to differ. As an owner of a law firm, I am sure you know that many companies uses loopholes to pass off their companies as legit companies... infact it's just a matter of time before the cracks appear.
Ok about you buying a nice sports car, I suggest that you wait till you earn at least 50% of that sports car... I would not want to see another over enthusiatic MLM newbie to fall into the same old debt-hole... I wouldn't want to be stuck with a car loan for the next 7 years. Cheers. -

one day the site will disappear and you guys who just started to put money in there can cry...The people running this program are almost anonymous from most of us... you can see from the server they are on and the domain registrar, domain whois etc. if you don't know what i'm talking about...then forget about it lol.
in simple .. it's just a high class hyip. and no hyip will last long.. those that last longer are run by the more techie people and when too much money are involved/scammed...most likely the fbi will step in.

there is no use complaining to singapore authorities... because this scheme is not sg based. any one affiliating from within singapore will do it at their own risk... nothing to do with swisscash which is based else where...
and don't associate it too much with mlm... because it operates just like any hyip out there... need new $ input to pay the ones who started earlier.... if no new $ goes in, the website will say bye bye earlier. -

silly silly, go give a call to CAD to find out more about the company. Sounds like a scam i heard before about people promoting this financial insturment called MTN which is suppose to pay oit btw 200-300% of your capital every year and between 15-20% monthly. Turned out to be a game of $$$$ musical chair, just don't be sucked into this.

Can anybody explain why something that is supposedly real cannot be verified through internet searches?

For your information, this scheme is not a Pyramid.
That is very clear. Lots of literature can be found as to what is a Pyramid scheme.
More precisely, SwissCash may be a scam, but it barely, only just barely, qualifies as MLM due to the binary compensation structure, other than that, all other payments are only 1 level downwards.
And the binary structure won't make anybody rich quickly because only new downline accounts within one calendar month can qualify for the binary payment.
After looking at the pay structure, it is in fact less promising than many of the large MLM companies.
It's even very low for people who are used to HYIPs.
To summarise:
SwissCash may be a scam,
but it is not a Pyramid scheme,
it is an MLM (just barely),
it is not HYIP -
