Okie, when u are going down with the mob remember to invite us along hahaha it would be interesting to watch a showdown. Does anybody know if NTI has any dealings with CASE as they seem to ask people to call CASE if they are dissatisfied? Anybody called their bluff before?

they are just tryin to get arnd the system
they claim that they are not a mlm company
that their power business plan(a binary plan) is not mlm
however a simple search in any search engine will tell u that their binary plan actually falls under the big umbrealla of mlm
in another words binary plan is actually mlm
they thot that by claiming to be a non-mlm company
they will not be under the jurisdiction of the laws governing mlm in singapore
that is the f ucked up part
i think thats y despite complains to case and cad and the police
nothing much can be done due to them exploiting this loophole in our law

EPI = Empire Prodigy International? The one at Chinatown Point correct? 4th floor... heard they closed down or something, not very sure. They used to be called NTI Prodigy and the current NTI used to be called NTI Sanctuary. Anyway the owners are different but both seemed to suscribe to the same system of marketing invented by James Phang. You have more information on EPI? They seem much lower profile than NTI.

They used this trick to scare a lot of people liao.
So far, they were unable to sue anyone b'coz everyone is saying the truth.
And so far, as long as its within 60 days, they MUST refund 100% (minus away the registration fee and admin charges).
So, laserboy, DON'T need to be afraid. Just post, as long as its the fact. -
Well, if they give him back the money I don't mind him retracting his statements. At the end of the day its the money that counts the most in the "buisness" world.
