im a victim of ntiparis
i was brainwashed and tricked to invest with a huge amt of money
anyone here know how i can get my refund from this unscrupulous company? -
Try logging a police report and get the police to intervene, if not, file a civil suit against the company with the magistrate court registrar.

Anyway, i doubt the chances of you getting back your refund...have you read the agreement form clearly? Do you still keep a copy for yourself? If you still do, read the agreement terms again clearly.... -

Did u sign the MOPI form? -
If your join date did not exceed 60 days, u definately will get back your money. Remember to photo-copy your refund form that they ask you to fill in. That will help you to prove when you submit your refund. Dont go thru thosr IDIOT MANAGERS, go directly to the admin floor at 22nd floor and ask for refund. Dont ever bother to talk to any managers or directors, coz they will try to psycho u not to refund by making more empty promises. So dont fall into their trap.

they really made me think that i can retire b4 30 yrs old
and have a monthly salary of more den 10k within 2 yrs after joining
i was saving up for my motorbike and im so close in gettin my license but i have no f arking money now to purchase even an average mountain bike
i thot i can earn enuff to put myself thru university with no worries
they will really grab hold of ur weaknesses and use them against u
feel like punching myself for being so naive
after they made me put in such a huge amt of money
i started to get suspicious
went home and did some research
tts when i woke up frm this dream nightmare
i stupidly signed the mopi form
wonder if still can get back refund
im really too embarrassed to disclose the amt of money i threw away just like tt -
hi laserboy. not too worry the law regulatating MLMs in Singapore states that you are entitited a a refund within 60 days of the contract agreement. Just call the CAD (Commercial Affairs Department) and lodge a report with them. They will be able to advice you accordingly. Look at the Bel Air Topic on what i have posted before to understand the laws and regulation governing MLM companies in Singapore.

anyway, my friend(the IA) went direct to the office and talked to the boss(James Phang) and requested to get the money back... and succeeded
my army MLM agent also wanted to kill me(figuratively, in his eyes) and got his upline to talk to me and demanded to know why i didnt tell them about it first( talk about freedom)..
so if you want to get the refund pls get someone to accompany you and like what the others had said, pls go direct to lvl 22.. dont talk to any other people.. and please get the cso to sign a form to indemify yourself(so that you will get the money back). If you dont get the refund in the stated period, its time to go to the office to make a racket~!!!

The upline of my upline talk until like want to beat me up when i say i want refund.. give lousy reasons like "will affect my line", "will affect my commissions", "you are betraying your buddy"... but I just stay firm and gave up talking with him, went straight up to lvl 22... the "customer service" personnel just gave me the form to fill up.
But actually i feel that it is all a FARCE... this refund thingie they actually do for show one.. so i tell you DEMAND for a PHOTOCOPY of the REFUND FORM.. if they dont return you the moneey...
go to the POLICE!!!! (and i mean it, don't be like me wait for a month still never get money only till my friend went down there to get the job done commend her on her bravery

one part of the form was about when an interview will be arranged for me
my upline say i cant just quit as i like
i was like....wat??
this is totally ridiculous
he said he cant guarantee that i'll get my refund
because of the stupid mopi
i seriously feel like crap now
really feel like gg down to burn down their company
by the way after i say i wanna withdraw

Do not go alone for the "interview". There should not be an interview and all you need to do is to get a copy of the form and a date when u can collect your money. Is there anyone who has succeeded and willing to help others? Drop me a mail at [email protected] with more info on how its done, just incase those ppl from NTI figure out how we plan to get the refunds.
