i wld have to say that the company doesn't change u, its the ppl working with u in the company change u. n ive really changed for the better. ive worked there for less den 1 week, got promoted, met mr lincoln. both he n ms regene saw smtng inme dat wld benefit myself n the company. n i still wanna climb further.
to me, DW group is no diff from wad the society is....

Pls lah a few yrs back there is a famous guy call Jovestsir Png, director of JL holdings many ppl say he was once a millionair and he can see very far blur blur... won't make a wrong choice of joining DW and yet he also quit DW with heavy debt. Some more as wat i heard from my friend that Jovestsir condem DW badly. Some more there is still quite some director who quit dw like derek chin and gary lim who work in this trade and DW for so long... wat they really get... nothing but debt.. dun tell me they r not experience enough... they nv do their best before.. or watever.. remember they r life example.. nv follow their footstep.. Think carefully.. does staying in DW.. really give u a better life a gd career or nthing but debt...ask urself how much money u earn le and how much money u borrow or loan from other. does it really worth for u to continues ur future...

Well,I guess only time will tell.Give these DW people a few more months,and they will get sick of doing their job,working their ass off to get to get a good pay every month.
I was in their shoes once,they wont listen to us.
I worked there last year for 2 months with LW by the way.Compared to other MLM company,DW sure has a bad reputation.According to the website,under Code of Ethcis and Conduct,
No Direct Seller shall engage in sales or recruiting practices that are unfair, misleading or deceptive or otherwise not in compliance and accordance with the relevant Singapore laws
I am sure that all of you are aware of how the company recruit people.They should be more transparent,their ambiguity is certainly misleading which makes people feel that they are being cheated.
They also claimed that their product are endorsed by MOH,my teacher emailed MOH when I tried to promote the product to her,they denied and even asked for the company's address and the salesperson's(which is me,of course) contact number.But my teacher decided not to and advise me to quit instead. -
