As a distributor for MLM companies, you are (this is always made clear to new distributors) that you are not an employee, a representative and an agent of the company.
Therefore, labour laws dont really apply to you.
But, shockingly, people keep thinking companies like DW or Asayo are MLM companies, I read the threads, and i dont think they are. They do employ people, pay remunerations, do not make salesmen recruit new distributors in MLM style.
I think, for this case, labour laws apply.
