Who do you think gives you better value, quality products, affordable price?

Supermarket of course. I don't have to pay the additional premium for the commission of so many levels.
I bet an MLM product will cost alot less if it was sold in the supermarket.
Also, have tried so many MLM products which are hailed to be fantastic but none impressed me so far. I'm still back to my over-the-counter brands. -

It's very difficult to get refunds for MLM products but for supermarkets, it's extremely easy

I beg to differ, currently the business i am in offers 3 months full money-back guarantee. I dun see any shops outside offering the same sort of satisfaction guarantee.
The reason is simply due to the confidence of the quality of the products by the company and to give the customer full service and satisfaction etc.
I also give any of my customers full service on the products, after they bought, how they find it etc, and willing to help them if they have any problems..which I personally dun see in any supermarkets. Sometimes we have promotions too.
As for the price, there are many products that are in fact comparable to supermarket prices if u can analyze it and calculate it. The quality is in fact much better as can be shown by the product demos or even simply trying it. It is quite value for money.
The reason as to why my company's products are so unique and special is due to the 500+ patents. It is not easy to hold 1..but 500 is the confidence that is given not just to us but to the customers.

the so called magnetic beds that cost $1500 for a single bed and $2500-$3000 for king size bed.... I dont even feel any difference.. even though there may be statistical results that show magnetic beds are good for health.... im still better off eating well, exercising regular, and maintaining a healthy state of mind.
plus the so called vitamins and health food they are selling, GNC which is a reputable american company sells them too... and in an array of choices. and they offer great discounts from time to time.... why would I ditch GNC for some weird named health supplement from an MLM company that probably cost twice what I can get at places like NTUC health or GNC?
oh yah.. the so called personal retailing and services MLM companies provide... guess what??!! outsid retail shops provide them too! GNC has so called trained specialist to provide you help with choosing the supplements of your requirement, provide additional information, and they provide refund too for unsatisfactory results. and for all of that.... at a much lower cost than mlm products... -

That is why we cannot choose products from dubious mlms but to choose ones that are from a reputable global company.
The problem is that a lot of pple are not willing to take a look at the products and qualities of certain gd companies and to dismiss them as bad expensive products just because they are marketed through a different method.
The impt thing is to always look at documented proof, as everything on paper is more accurate than hearsay and what we perceive etc.

It is sad .... but i'm so wary of emails from long lost acquaintances, hi-bye friends whom i've not seen in years ... suddenly ... i became the bestest friend ... to them ...... (my mind: hmmm ..... which MLM would it be this time ? ....

The thing is that people are always easily convinced when things are in print. That is why basing on that assumption, alot of people were swindled of their money by those African scams via emails etc, because it is by email and it sounds so true that some desperate soul need their help to transfer millions of dollars and give them a cut as commission.
Anyway, have tried a few so-called fantastic products from reputable MLM global companies. Does zlich to me. Don't get me wrong. I'm not comparing them with supermarket products but I did rather pay the same amount of money for my over-the-counter branded cosmetics which work.
Difference might be, I'm paying a premium for ads and branding and maybe the image, but isn't it better than paying for a popular MLM brand which is not mainstream and really isn't worth that much as well because I'm supporting a whole line of people Of course there are also equally good mid-ranged products which are good as well.
Ultimately, it still boils down to grossly inflated prices because of the marketing system. The whole idea behind MLM that you are buying direct from the source is pure BS. -

Yup, I agree that some mlms have high prices on their products but it is clearly not all of them.
In fact, if there weren't distributors around, how does the products get to pple?
It is the same concept, only that now there are no middlemen, meaning that directly from the manufacturer it goes to the distributors and thus straight to the consumers. Of course the distributors needs to have some rewards for introducing a products etc..it is only fair. The important thing is thus how much does the distributors get...in fact gd reputable companies do not raise their prices a lot..yes..the distributors may not get a lot..but the prices are comparable to supermarket ones with better qualities..
As for documented stuffs, its not those fake scams or emails etc..but genuine ones from reputable third-party evaluators etc...or from FDA and stuffs etc...Similarly, why do we trust the supermarket so much if we do not see the stuffs?
And for the long-lost fren thingy..I was thinking..why must we alwiz think of the bad side? Yup, there are bad pple out there waiting to con pple...but we are intelligent humans with a brain. Isn't it gd to have a fren contacting u whom u havent seen for a long time and get to meet up and chat again etc? Sometimes I feel, we shld give our frens the benefit of the doubt..if he is offering something which we can understand and know it is not gd..we can just reject etc..but if there is something great out there and we miss it...we do not want to like 5 years later say...what if..etc...
In fact, I do buy stuffs from the supermarket too...we all do...i just simply wish to open our minds to look at more things...there is no cost to doing so..but there may be a chance when we might spot something that may be for us which we do not know if we never went to try to know.

It's the same concept like Coca-Cola sells to the supermarket. The supermarket is the middleman. Except the supermarket doesn't have so many downlines to feed!
Also as mentioned, it is hard to control the image of the product/company because there are too many people marketing it and not by one individual resulting in mixed msgs.
As for quality, it is highly subjective. As said, I don't see what is so special about MLM products. Have tried a few with 3rd party audit etc and I was never a repeat customer. -

Hehe, the supermarket also have to pay rentals and also pay money to all the employees rite? That can add up to many pple...too Actually, there is no difference in the prices one if can analyze carefully, but of coz this must be from a gd company..
A gd product need not necessarily come from mlm companies, this i agree..and i agree with u that not all mlm products are fantastic..the main point to note here is not the MLM products..but the company which produces the products.. It's how much quality the company is willing to spend on the products and willing to produce really gd products, nothing to do with mlm..we cannot classify mlm and non-mlm products just like dat. We have to see the company, the background, its R&D, its repuatation etc..
Thus, I feel this topic is not really fair too..as a true quality product doesnt lie with the retailer..but the company, the manufacturer etc..

As for colgate, if you are not satisfied with the product can you return to them and says that you are not satisfied with it after using it for 3months and still left with 80% of the toothpaste. -

A bottle of 1 litre LOC Floor Cleaner cost $13.30.
