i seen too many distributors working VERY HARD but yet monthly income is only around few hundred to a thousand. haiz.

Having said that, you realise that hardwork is just but one many factors for one's success. There are many other factors such as using the right approach. With the right approach, you tend understand what is mean by working smart and not just by sheer brute force of hardwork. -
Yup, the most impt is that we must be conscious and know what we are doing.
If we can put in the right amount of hard work, one day, we will be rewarded for our efforts..but the most impt is to know what we are doing and the reasons for doing so.

Ya, there are always people hoping they will succeed but not working towards their goal.
There are millions of Amway distributor but no all are doing the business. In Singapore, there is abt 60000 Amway distributor, only abt 5-10% is serious about this business.
There billions of people in the world, only 5% of the world's population can enjoy there life after retirement.
Amway has never promise anyone of the distributor after joining them you will earn millions of dollar, Amway only promise their distributor if you are willing to work hard and smart, you will have an opportunity to be the 5% who could retire happily and enjoy your life.
Does Mcdonald, Ya Kun or any other company guarantee you will damn sure live a good life by giving you their right for franchise after you pay them a million dollars????
Aren't these franchisee also working blindly and hoping 'one day', they can achieve their dreams???? -

Please Remember...
In Amway you can say you should work hard to be success...but Remember...
If you don't have strategy I guarantee you will not success...
It's a business too...So need another way to success beside work hard..
Example : Which one do you choose...
Become Super Sales Man (Work Really Hard) or Super Leader (Work Hard to maintain the group) ...
That's the different..It's Networking Bisnis, Grow up your network, so you can success..
I don't agree with Brainwash..I would rather choose "OPEN MIND"...LOL -
if amway give you only 1% payout compared to another company giving you 30% payout...
did you see the difference? can think simple anot..

Simpleboi...My downline has friend in SG, she ask your help to introduce amway to her friend... She already talked to her friend that someone in SG will introduce Amway.
