So if the MLM does not require an upfront fee, it is
legal.
So if you have the right to refund your products, it is
legal.
So if there is emphasis on product quality and health needs, and not some get-rich-quick-scheme, it is
legal.
So if there is movement of products and not 'commission' by recruitment, it is
legal.
I personally agree with the last statement.
If you need to pay a huge sum of money to join and you get nothing in return [Commission by recruitment, and not movement of products], this is considered pyramid and it is
not legal.
So let us be all aware, and be a smart consumer.
