If you are in desperation, go to BelAir office to return all your stock. Within three months for count investment, six months for c-marquis investment. I am not sure about the 1+15 stock.
If you have already decided to quit long time ago, within the warranty period. And you are not being entertain by your group leaders or company or they in anyway obstruct or disregard your request. Please contact CASE.
If I were you, I probably not tell the upline grp, for the fear that they may use all tactics to influence my decision. Game over, if warranty period is over.
As far as I am aware, no question ask by the stock center and the process will take only one morning.

Is it due to the company> People? Product? Policy? etc......

Partially due to ppl not being transparent enough, after i join then tell me all the hidden cost, like if you attend lesson you have to pay a fee, the place you gather also pay a fee,etc...Originally posted by poonfk:Hi

Secondly, i found that those who were inside, were so called force to carry on with the businese. Reason for me to say that...
unless the person wants to start out at the lowest point and slowly buildup...the person have to come up with 15K to buy up to count level.
Who will have 15K immediately? Go Loan with whoever,from the bank, from insurance policies,etc they will tell you lotsa alternative....they make the person burden with big loans so that psychologically the person will be force to go on...I can't do that to my fren, can i...
I look around and ask my circle of frens, all know bel'air, out of 100+, 97+ , heard of it liao dun want to do, the 3+ because they are in it... market satuated for me....
Product wise were way too pricey imo...then some special items also can not return... some more the upline will take your goods do a demo for you to see... open liao can not return also mah...
Policy stated were good, but very often it is the ppl who abuse it.
side note:
on the day that i quit, my upline wants to buy over my acccount, then i at first agree, just to test a bit of water. Then i overheard that he was asking his manager how should he name the account. His manager reply... your name then put a 4 at the back also can....to those who knows the plan well will be able to link what it means isn't it...sad case...

hi twincat, i know what you mean by that...the manager is trying to buy the position.....as far as i know, MLM is always about who started first or who join first...the earlier they join the better they can earn as there will be a lot of downlines working for you and the person might just sit there doing nothing and earn that commission.......i work in MLM company for two years...i study and tried a lot of things and many MLM are not practising the proper ways of Network marketing......so sad....anyway, now i stay away from it, lost confident and doing my property better

challenging Marquis only... The way i see it is he trying to buy his way up...
if he buy from me, he need to pay only for what ever goods that is in the account which is less than 9k with no gst, he can then resell the goods to the future downlines... he will gain a lot if i agree to sell him... imagine usual 15k count now offered at 9k...some more he earn commission when i join that means that from his own money he just have to pay 6000+ to get a count account.
besides count to marquis got time limit also... make 5 count within 6 mths i think (again known only after joining), else the earliest count is not included for the challenge...who knows what other untold rules they have not inform me...
if marquis can sit there do nothing earn portion of the global sales volume, then the company have to feed lotsa white elephant also, something else must have kept from me also... -

belair simply just a cheating company emphaising on invest huge amount into a system that promise high returns but in reality, the system cant work.

I am just wondering should the authority limit the investment for MLM? It started of with just $1,000, $5,000, $16,000, $70,000 and now $192,000. Could it be just another LEGAL representation of a pyramid system?

rule of the thumb is, for genuine business, it shouldnt be more than 200USD.
