Is alright to join oversea upline, but make sure of the support.Originally posted by 2005wss:I recently attended a presentation by Usana and looks quite impressive product line. But my introducer is from Australia who calls me now and then. He is very impressive talker and gives me a lot of confidence. Can somebody share with me if you have any bad experience having upline support from Australia
Most company need you to have a monthly mantain to qualify for commission. This can be done in retails sale or personal comsume.Originally posted by 2005wss:Besides the worry that upline being an overseas - which I'm worried that what if my downlines join and someone physically should be present locally to help explain something. I also realise Usana has a compulsory purchase monthly in order to earn overriding. Are all MLM company also like that?
After looking at various MLM, what is the main stuff that interest you? I think you might have look at many companies, so, doesn't anyone interest you?Originally posted by 2005wss:as I'm new in looking at various MLM, any of you like to recommend a fair income plan with good future earning potential?
I'll try to go to the Bestworld presentation on Thursday.
I'm open to suggestions.
Thanks. The main stuff that interest me is retirement income. What scares me in Singapore is the high cost of living and am getting too old to be working round the clock to survive in costly Singapore. Although I'm a lady in my 30's but have to plan ahead.Originally posted by angang:After looking at various MLM, what is the main stuff that interest you? Sad reality is I have not really seen many MLM talks yet, not enough to decide if its a good business to be in. So far have seen Usana but the binary thingy and compulsory maintenance is quite unfair, IMO
IMO, the other local ones doesnt have much potential for true overseas markets. Have not gone to see Amway yet. Any Amway distributors here, please message me on when are the preview or talks held.
If anyone in the forum like to introduce your MLM (that you truly sincerely feel is good) pls message me. (other than USana which I have seen)
Hi, good to plan ahead for retirement. Most MLM companies have maintenance to qualify for commission. However, I look upon it as a monthly sales quota to fulfil. Even if i run a hawker stall, I'll still need to have a min sales everyday to continue operating my business so it is necessary for maintaining sales. Those companies that promise no maintenance also means that there is no payout for those months. No company will pay for no sales. Thanks
I believe you have missed look on USANA. In USA, their compensation is award as TOP 7 years in a row. Also, they have been listed as the TOP & HOTTEST company as well. I'm not with them, don't misunderstand me.Originally posted by 2005wss:Thanks. The main stuff that interest me is retirement income. Hi, I think people must consider a MLM business with same amount of caution as any conventional business or franchises. COM plan is only 1 factor to look at; but if we emphasis too much on it, we may be lead by our greed like many people who see MLM as a get rich quick scheme. A company may have top COM plan but I would question the company on how many has been paid the top dollars and how many more only made a little. Check on the average earning when possible rather than looking at the fantastic payout that the company claimed.Originally posted by angang:I believe you have missed look on USANA. I've met a chinese national whom had migrated to Australia & is now promoting Usana in Spore. Not sure if it is the same person. A friend of mine joined him & introduce him to me. He knows I'm already working a MLM business but he is earnest enough to share with me his business. That friend of mine had since cancelled the Usana account because she don't have the time to do it.Originally posted by 2005wss:I recently attended a presentation by Usana and looks quite impressive product line. Study USANA more and talk to those people on the TOP, meaning those been listed a TOP procuder. From ther, you will know how much each new distributor can earn, and when they truely follow the system, their income is wonderful. I mention this because as for their products, it had proven. They have their own group of scentices...Originally posted by MlmMyBiz:Hi, I think people must consider a MLM business with same amount of caution as any conventional business or franchises. Exactly sir, thats what I'm concerned about the compulsory auto-ship of many American health product MLM companies, monthly purchase of $200. We are supposed to do MLM at our own pace, what if during the months we slow down marketing activity and still have to keep buying and our fridge will be overflowing with vitamins.Originally posted by MlmMyBiz:I've met a chinese national whom had migrated to Australia & is now promoting Usana in Spore. Look at it this way, MLM is a sharing business, which means we've to use the products before we can share it with our prospects. $200 per month is for personal consumption or maybe for the entire family. After using it and achieving some result, you can share your testimony passionately with your prospects.Originally posted by 2005wss:Exactly sir, thats what I'm concerned about the compulsory auto-ship of many American health product MLM companies, monthly purchase of $200. I saw another company this week called FORLIFE and they also have this compulsory auto-ship thing.
Those compulsory auto-ship is good for serious full-timers but not good for casual part-timers, or sometimes initially wanted to do full time but due to unforseen problems need to postpone activity, you know what I mean, but the autoship cant postpone, its GIRO payment, like it or not
So I'm still open to good suggestions and any advice or recommendations are welcomed.
Thanks to all your feedback,,,keep them coming folks....
Technically, we are the boss of our MLM business so we answer only to ourselves. We decide how much we want to earn & we put in the hours. Nobody will continue the business for long if they don't make money. The biggest reason for the high dropout is because they never discipline themselves enough to do the sales every month. Some choose to buy up the stock to fulfil the min requirement and thus kill themselves in a few short months. Both are not desirable.Originally posted by simpleboi:In my opinion, a gd MLM company needs not have any maintenance monthly etc as what is mentioned above that the business should be done at own pace. No mantain? So, if you don't buy producst for months, do you still get pay?Originally posted by simpleboi:In my opinion, a gd MLM company needs not have any maintenance monthly etc as what is mentioned above that the business should be done at own pace.
