Many of my frens are opening a shop or another..so?
Anyway, check out the real reasons for doing so. If nti is doing well, is there a need to open a secondary business? If they are doing why, why a pool of managers instead of one can afford to open them?
If its for the reason of diversification, is nti so risky they need to open a cafe to stave off future problems? -

Please correct me if i'm wrong. I believed the fundamentals of MLM is to reward individuals who have the highest productivity. Which means, if he or she is able to convince and recruit a lot of people, he or she is deemed to have high productivity. Which implies that this certain individual has the potential of earning more than his upline when his team eventually grows.
That was the reason why i thought MLM was actually feasible as a business system. But if you are going to restrict your team's growth, wouldn't that amount to a pyramid scheme? Because essentially, no matter how much you earn, you can be sure you upline will earn more than you.
But NTi was pretty ingenious. They came up with the rule to balance their binary system, before monetary rewards can be reaped. That means, if you are productive(found 2 downlines) and your upline is a lazy ass and only have you, your upline won't be paid. Only you will be, because of your productivity.
It does sound good, for awhile. Because even if you have found 2 downlines, and some dude down your RIGHT line don't work, while the guys on your LEFT are producing enormous sales volume, you will be paid peanuts, just because some guy isn't working on your RIGHT! But essentially, everyone is under you! But you are not paid accordingly. Where does that excess money go to? I don't have to tell you for you to know, i'm sure.
It was conceived to me that it was a noble idea. To be a fair compensation system. Sounds good enough until i gave it some thoughts. Binary system is not as rewarding as well as a system that does not limit you from finding as many downlines as you can. I'm not saying binary doesn't work. It has its advantages. But its cons far outweigh the pros. In this system, the person that ultimately benefit the most are the guys at the top.
That's my perception. I might not be entirely correct. Maybe someone can enlighten me further? -
This flaw n the bianry system was pointed out two years ago when the discussion on nti started.
