Actually, to be truthful, I cant make head or tails the rest of your post. Your former post state that scams are companies with substandard products, and now you said pyramid scams are made up of people using quality products but leveraging solely on downlines sales.
I think you are not specific enough, Going by your definitions, almost all companies would have been labelled scams. Like i said, companies using substandard products arent clearly scams yet, unless they use it as a cover for get-rich-quick schemes. Worse, companies having quality products means they are well meaning to sell good stuff to people, but with marketing plans that pretty flawed, to the extent it allows people to abuse it, This is basically MISMANAGMENT. It doesnt mean they have the intention to cheat.

You are very correct in the context of Scam products or Get rich quick Scams. They both exists in reality.
The whole idea why the definition of Scams exist because you believed in a fairy tale that your services are hired because your services deserved to be paid. The rich do not owe the poor a living by creating jobs. The rich become rich because of leveraging the work the poor do.
By giving you(common layman) a chance to leverage based on sales and proper training, the MLM system is a simplified system the company can do for the leveraged efforts of banks, companys , trading companies and Countries.
If you believe that teaching scams and mismanagement will get you somewhere, you can do it and prove your point. There are companies with real good products and failed because of the mismanagement of greedy people. There are also greedy people with the same system everywhere else.
The world is full of challenged people just like you , which makes MLM people more mature each day they meet more challenged people.
