If we have a rule to follow, might as well post in the newspaper or go on air. Why some of us is posting in this forum is because we do not want to show out identity. Nobody want you to comment on out post, if you are free, take a look and that it, you may leave. Something I really feel some comments and opinions are really cheap.

Why on earth some idiotic pops up in the forum and telling us rules? If you started this forum and order us to stop, we will do so! But I can see you are just a nobody, shouldn't a nobody like me just post what we want in the forum? Now, in here we follow the rule, we don't set the rule. Do not act like a nobody business and like post some rules, do like post another rules!
If you want to promote any mlm company, please feel free and do not hide your real meanings like some nti dogs thanks. -

I just joined this sgforums and before i joined, I'm supposed to agree on the terms set by this forum. I think most ppl don't read the rules and regulations before agreeing to join this forum, but I know that Singapore's a lawful society where freedom of speech in forums have to abide. Please click on the 'register' link on the left of this page and you will see the rules and regulations. I'm appalled by the fact that most ppl are posting ignorantly messages that can get them into unfavorable lawful suits.
I'm a nobody, but I want to remind everyone abt the hidden clauses in this forum. MLM good or no good, we can mention our personal opinions, but any judgemental comments towards tarnishing any individual or commercial reputation, pls be tactful.
I'm also a networker and I feel this trade has too many exposed black sheeps and unrecognised heroes. Honestly, how many truly found the real value of rekindling the passion and courage towards doing something for a cause.
Forgive me if I offended anyone in my messages, this forum should be one that's encouraging and tactful.

Hi sanctuary, great to see u ard.
While its great you place emphasis on legality here, bear in mind a great number of people here, besides the MLM haters, are ex agents or vicitms of a few companies.
Already they are quite dissatisfied with certain matters, i think if there is a sole emphasis on just to what extent the words of these people are legal, i think marketing as a subject has failed.
I was hoping these companies would come up to give point to point rebuttal on why these things are not what people perceived.
I see big threads like on AMH or DW that have quite a lot of agitated ex agents.
But if you notice, many agents that came up to defend has not done much to appease the other side. The point is to win these people over, not standin around accusing the ex agents of backstabbing and such.
Its like stabbing oneself in the foot. Seriously, MLM industry has gain negative reactions since the changes to the MLM Act made five years ago, and i dont see any improvement in the industry to try to win people over. -

I truely believe this link will give some idea about the nature of MLM or NM or whatever. It need patient to go through the various articles but it is fruitful if you care to put in some effort. -

what nti agents always does when their prospect have doubt about their company, those agents will never tell them to find sources online, because they afraid the prospect to find out more and proves nti is a scam causing the uplines cannot cheat them.
they will either show them their geneology or lent them their profiles to see, they never let the prospect see anything neutral to nti, but advantage to nti -
How do you talk technically abt law, when the law itself is full of loopholes enuff for companies to take full advantage of?
Law is becomes a mere tool then for peeps to scare off potential defractors.
