OK.. Mm actually i had heard of them some 2 years ago..
They started in 2003.. Expanded.. then things happened withn the company..
Sort of like their key personnels withdrawing out of the company.. taking whole teams with them..
About their products..
The concept is fine..
Magnetic application on human body does bring alot of benefits to the user..
Like enhanced blood circulation, faster recovery and revitalisation of the body cells.. All pretty scientific stuff you understand.. This concept is very popular in countries like US, China and esp in Japan..
However..
Venture Era products is not even worth one tenth of their selling price..
My fren, an ex-agent, bought about $10,000 worth of products for her family but found out that the quality cant make it at all..
Venture Era claimed that their products were from USA, but my fren found out that its actually manufactured in Taiwan at very low cost..
Think, a product that sells for $2000++ actually came from Taiwan?!
This actually speak alot for the company and their top management..
They have no business enthnics at all..
So supergal, i dont know your plans..
If you're planning to join Venture Era, FORGET IT.

besides if u are really v keen to know more abt the compensation plan, then go down to the company and ask. Wouldn't it be better than u ask over here ?. -
I prefer to know here as i can ask 4 advice on their comp plan.I believe the venture era agent here is transparent on their company & plan. If my friend know about their system, i will not ask here

Supergal, dun ever go down there..
They will use alot of material stuff (like car achievers)
and peer pressure on you if you're with your fren who's working there..
They would really control and confuse you with their words..
Venture Era (VE for short) has alot of levels to climb.. a total of 8 that
I know of, excluding VE's top management..
Commission payout could be over 50% at the top level of the pyramid..
I am not that sure about it.. Sounds good but it leaves me very doubtful
on the quality of VE products..
Over 50% of its selling price as commission payout?
How much is the costing price really??

One more thing, Venture Era has never been transparent about their dealings..
Especially their top management..

About VE product origin, I dun really have concrete proof but whichever the
case, it is not worth the price their selling for..
The closest thing I have to an evidence is their product..
My Aunt had one, it SUCKS for short..
The fabric is of low quality and can be easily ripped off by hand..
and their magnets all dropped off after my Aunt sent it for dry-wash..
They guarranteed it was suitable for dry-wash..
