there is no 100% good company in this world. remember this. and btw u have got nothin to lose in joining. i say give urself 3 mths time and do it with passion and heart. after that, if u fail, may i ask u if there is 8-5 job in the market for u to look for? and wat if u succeed, will u lose anything? no.. either u try and there is 50-50 chance or u juz look around and 0%chance.

err, u guys need to check back, its possible to make a piece of metal solely having one pole only

Of coz i know magnets has two poles, one faces up n one faces down...but what that guy explained is not that.....in simple, he said only the magnet is so special that it's a single pole......well...not interested to hear further n left....
