How do you prove to the organisation that you find it "unsatisfactory"? How are you going to get your money back?

There seem be an emerging trend of professional education courses/seminars pertaining to self-awareness and harmonizing with Universe energies.
Having participated in one such trainings myself some years ago (not asiaworks), I found it valuable and worthwhile INITIALLY. Inorder to benefit from it, one must let go and be opened to accept some principles which may conflict your core values. They are not cheap.
Due to interest with Asia's spiritual traditions, managed to delved into some of it's insights and values. It seems that there are many similiarities in belief, and they are FREE.
I may be wrong, but it seems to me that, these people may have re-packaged and market it out for profits. I have to quantify that I am not referring to AsiaWorks, just from my previous experience with other programs.
There are a interesting ones like
1. Executive Directions
2. Landmark Education (I think)

so up till now, do you feel that itstill benefitsyou? or is it just
make you feel good about discovering yourself more INITIALLY after you have completed the course.(meaning the effects wear off after a few months or a year)

Asiaworks has been around for years, no connection to other than their parent co in UK. They will definitely refund if you felt it's unsatisfactory.
Course: 1) Basic
2) Advance
3) LP
Saw many people break thru above each courses. Many times depend more on one self, do you just go there to see see look look, or you really want a change in yourself.
Anyway, Asiaworks basic motto: authentic 2 urself n surroundings.
The rest is for you to know in course.

One of my trainer had attended this before years before, and all I can say is that if you really want to get into some training school, this is not the one.

Well the speakers (Americans) were someone internationally well-known and the knowledge gathered were indeed mind intriguing and worthwhile, especially lessons with universal laws and mind power. I was at first overwhelmly satisfied by their knowledge for at least a couple of months, but realised that many of their values and beliefs are exact copies of some of the Asia's spiritual traditions (off course with modifications for $ making). I felt kinda cheated in the sense that, someone else is teaching us what we should already know - the values of what our ancestor preached for the many thousand of years. We are paying a price for not knowing our roots.
I must quantify that this is just my personal thinking. -

He got most of his training from real life experience. Of course, he had also attend some course from other school.
If you have some real life experience, work experience, social experience, and also a few mentor that are guideing you, you can be a trainer.
