This company just launched in Singapore last week. Has begun pioneer recruiting already. Anyone heard of it?
I have attended their talks and the compensation plan offered is much better than those in the market now. Did a comparison with Amway. Payout is better... Any comments? -

ah ic. i used amway cos its the longest running mlm company. So many companies payout better than amway, but quite a number failed. How come?

yes they have. In fact their nutritional products have this new technology which delivers nutrients to the cell lvl. Well i don want to sound like promoting this company but they have living testimonies. And about their technology products, they all you 3 days no obligation trial of the product in your house. And then the product speaks for iteslf. Seem like the products are really good and the company is really confident of them...

There are hell lot of companies that have not being sued yet.
But being slapped with lawsuits does not equate to company being fraudalent. -

Pls read... its world i'm talking about. Do you know that US is the country where consumer rights are the most powerful? (eg, McDonalds got sued long time ago when a lady put a cup of hot tea in between her thighs after buying from a drive-thru and got scalded. MD had to conpensate her because then, the styrofoam cup does not have
Caution: Contents Hot" kind of warning... Stupid case but the consumer won) They have not been sue there or have any lawsuit in their history at all.

u think u can earn money in mlm? 1 yr ago, my fren ask me to join a mlm company. i go to his "recruitment talk". after attending the talk, i dun think i can earn money and i left.

Some companies don have the tact and maybe don even have a system in guiding new comers to succeed. This company helps u with your first 120 downlines... on a personal lvl. Meaning doing presentations for you, talking to them for you... Definitely much easier for newcomers into this business. After you learn enough to give presentations on your own then you can take over all these. -

Anyway, I dont use litigation as a measure of a good company, because its an external measure, and charges are made by an independent individual rather than an authoritative regulatory body.
All depends on the perception of the person.
Besides, this being US, lawsuits can be filed even in unknown or remote county or district. We wouldnt know, and these lawsuits, who knows, can be damaging to the company, but not large enough to make it newspapers. -
Freedom of speech is very powerful in US. You don even need a lawsuit to bring down companies? If a company really sells bad products in US, u think pple there will just sit on their ass and forget about the whole thing? I don think so. If a company had stood the test of time in American market, i'm sure it has enough credibility to qualify as a good company. In Speakers Corner forum, many noobs have discovered to their horror that US isnt that crime ridden after all. High rate of crime only surface in specific areas of a city, and people are generally more subservient to the laws than Africans.
Why should i sit around thinking that having perceptions the American market works the way you said it?
And will it survive in the Singapore market, where people has different ideas about credibility? I am just waiting to see.... -
